Unhappy with the scheduling! It’s an urgent care shouldn’t need an appointment or”RESERVATION” ! staff was friendly and professional they were great! Care was good. Hopefully follow through will be good

The whole reason I came to Indigo was due to getting an appointment on the day I called. When you're sick, you don't want to wait a week or more later. The staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. I will go there again if needed in the future. I would definitely recommend this provider!

Got to exam room in short order. Nurse took vitals and we discussed my issues. Nurse left and Shortly after Halie Came and looked at the inflammation on my legs and arms. We discussed issues on cause and remedies. Halie then explained what she recommended and we discussed time frame for healing. All staff were very kind and supportive of my issues.

Scheduling was quick and easy and the staff were polite, profesional and competent.

The ease of scheduling online for my mother's xray on line was great. And, my mother and I want to thank all the staff for their professionalism and care that was rendered. We were very impressed!

I’ve been having some medical concerns for over a month. With my primary Dr office closed I went to urgent care. They did a thorough exam, addressed all my concerns and provided me with the needed information.

The lady working at the front desk with short dark hair and tattoos was extremely unprofessional and rude. I watched her roll her eyes at multiple people checking in, my deaf and disabled son had to come with me and he wasn’t being more noisy than any 2 year old would be, and she very rudely asked me to keep him quiet. He wasn’t being noisy at all and everyone in the office looked at me confused when she said this. She gave multiple dirty looks after the interaction. If you are in healthcare you really should have better manners and don’t treat people like they are stupid. Very disheartening. My nurse Jorden and Dr. Custer were very friendly and gave good service and were kind to my son.

The desk staff were not forthcoming with the fact that the doctor was running an hour late so the walk in window was 7:00-8:00 but that actually meant that the time I went back to a room wouldn’t be until 8:00. One of the MAs who came forward to ‘help’ was very rude when I asked why my place in line had changed from 8th to 5th to 7th. I was simply asking if more people had been added to the cue ahead of me and there was never an explanation.

Staff was amazing Lisa noticed me trying g to entertain two tired children and steeped in so nicely to help by giving us coloring pages. They were trying so hard to get everyone seen in a timely manner.  The provider was soooooo friendly and wonderful with children. The only downside was I waited almost an hour after my appointment time with two young children but other than that a great experience

The RN whom brought us back and did vitals was great. She was sweet, seemed to genuinely care for my son. The provider was a whole different experience. The provider’s bedside manner was terrible. She spoke to my 8 year old as if he was an adult, questioning him in a way that would sway his answer and confuse him. Then she sought out or opinion (which typically would be appreciated in any other circumstance) on how to treat his condition… When picking up the “prescription” she prescribed, we were informed by the pharmacy that it was an over-the-counter medication. I feel as if this appointment was a complete waste of time and my son‘s best interest was not considered.
