Had a sinus infection and decided I needed to get it taken care of. It was an absolute waste of time and money. I was told to do what I'd been doing, flushing and taking ibuprofen and there was nothing more they would do because it was most likely viral but didn't really know. I requested a zpack because it worked in the past. I was told they would not prescribe it because management wouldn't allow it. I also told them I rarely ever take antibiotics so resistance wasn't a concern. Level of care was a 0. So disappointed and now out $150.

I have never in my life seen a doctor who was so patient, curious and kind. Kai Dixon was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to show my very curious toddler all of the doctor tools. Recommend books for his natural curiosity and was very reassuring to us that our son was definitely fighting off some sort of virus. I wish more doctors were like Kai!
