Was sent in as a red flag from a video visit. Was seen super quickly. The physician assistant was kinda short but did get things sorted out. I do really like this clinic for the most part.

Barely looked at the point of pain or listened to me. Just decided on medication I could have just bought without a prescription. No discussion on non medication based pain management. Total waste of time and money like most of the American medical system. All the staff were kind and friendly, and they made it go as quick as possible. Just a shame the medical system is such a failure.

The team at Multicare’s Indigo urgent care never fails to impress me. They are always courteous, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Since Wednesday I have had terrible stabbing pains in my lower back which were quickly becoming worse. My primary doctor was not available for an appointment for several weeks. We called Indigo and secured an appointment for the next day. I was diagnosed quickly and given instructions and prescriptions and sent home. I was treated professionally and promptly. I was happy and impressed. I would recommend them without reservation.

The staff was friendly and professional and concerned with my comfort Leanndra put me at ease. Also Elizabeth made me feel that she would provide a solution to treat my pain. Leanndra and her assistant were wonderful with the exray of my painful shoulders. I truly appreciate their kind care.

I had some digestive issues that I messaged my doc about and they told me to go to urgent care. So I called Indigo. I love that you can call in and they'll text you when an opening comes up. The staff are super nice and caring. Dr. Elizabeth was especially personable and reassuring. I appreciate being seen even though it was nothing serious.

I spent time and money I'm still sick and doctor really need to take a better look at patient. Now my 2 and 4 year old girls have what I have, extremely mad. Now I need to schedule again, have lost time off work and now it's also my little ones with same problem. We are not cars we are people that should not have to go thu this

Gave me someone else’s paper work after my appt was over.  Called my cell and asked me to return it. I did return it and got my paper work would only wrote me a letter for three days off knowing I have no pcp and struggling with panick attacks and anxiety

I was so pleased with the care AND caring I received from the Staff and PA Elizabeth. I went for diagnostic for UTI and was so well taken care of.  Many thanks

Staff was very caring, and helpful. The exam was thorough provider explained everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely use their services again.
