Each member of the staff with whom I interacted was friendly, caring, respectful and patient.  The receptionist, intake nurse, attending nurse, ARNP, x-ray tech, and nurses who carefully applied a cast on my right ankle and calf, were attentive and professional.  I was able to make and keep my appointment according to the organized process used by the staff at the reception desk.  I have recommended this Indigo urgent care to my friends who live in Old Town & Ruston.

Wasn’t sure I should come in, but I checked to see if anything was available in case. An appointment for next afternoon was available. It was easy to schedule. Staff were all very friendly. Had to be seen for third time for bronchitis. Rn and doctors were very friendly with great bed side manner. Had to have a chest x-ray and that was quick and harmless. I will definitely use this clinic in the future. Service was amazing

I woke up with a sore throat and earache this morning and I was able to get in by 1245. I checked in at 12:30 and was seen by 1245. Gina was gracious and took a couple of quick swabs and came back with negative test results very soon after. John gave me a quick diagnosis of ear infection and respiratory infection and sent me on my way with the prescription. Great service I felt very welcome and love the ambience and cleanliness and friendliness of the clinic.  I would always recommend indigo clinic to anyone needing prompt healthcare.
