This is my second experience with one of these clinics and they have not disappointed!!  Quick!  Easy! Thank you!

Visit started off well. My nurse was very kind. ARNP was reassuring and helpful in setting up my foot soak. Confirmed she had experience removing ingrown toenails. Procedure started well but my toe wouldn’t get numb enough for the removal and the ARNP was repeatedly asking me about if I was “feeling pressure or pain”. I was in a lot of pain but trying to stay calm. She asked for the other ARNP or PA (not sure of credentials) to take a look and help with next steps. He did not acknowledge me or speak directly to me while I was visibly in distress, only confirmed needing a podiatrist referral and antibiotic, then left the room. ARNP didn’t understand why I was upset and panicking. I was in a lot of pain, scared and crying, overwhelmed about needing to now go to a podiatrist. The ARNP left the room without cleaning up my bloody toe and no bandage. Different nurse came in with my discharge paperwork and was kind enough to ask if I was okay and get me a bandaid. I asked the ARNP on my way out why she left me in the room without clean up and a bandage and she said “there was nothing to wrap up”. I told her she was rude and left the clinic. Very unhappy with my visit.

My daughter told me she needed a sports physical last minute,  was able to get an appointment on a Saturday and was in and out within 25min, and on top of that the staff was super nice!!

Everyone was terrific.  No complaints.  I was a walkin so was pleased to have been seen.w

Walked in without appt and was seen very quickly! I fell at home and had bleeding from small wound above eyebrow with bruising and swelling. Was sent to hospital ED for CT of head. Very efficient service!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The only criticism we had was the Medical Assistant needs to slow down when talking to senior citizens. My mother in law had a hard time understanding her. Overall, for the first time going there, it was a very positive experience.

I had a great experience at the Ruston Indigo. Jenn, the provider, was a pleasure to work with—she answered all of my questions thoroughly and clearly explained my issue. I’ve followed her recommendations and feel confident about the outcome. The medical assistants were also excellent during intake and provided attentive, compassionate care throughout my visit.

All the staff was kind and helpful. Kenzie was awesome!

Staff was very laid back and friendly, however, I didn't like that they couldn't help me. If I could of known a-head of time that they don't do eye related things like draining a stye, or chalazion, I'd scheduled an appointment elsewhere. Other than that, the staff were very helpful.

Had some back pain and scheduled a visit the next morning. Had a small wait till I was seen. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the PA listed to what I had to say and was interested in my needs. Overall great experience, this was my second Indigo location and I highly recommend them!
