Scheduling was easy since they were booked then later was an opening jumped on it. Check in was easy and quick staff polite at the desk. The lady that took me into get xrays was amazing and could tell I was burning with a fever. She asked me what was your temp. I stated 98.6 with forehead. She took it again with oral 99.5 . Doctor felt like she just wanted to get me in and out. I understand that they had emergency before I got into. I will be returning to this urgent care since it is the closest to where I live.

It was genuinely a pretty smooth experience, didn't technically solve my actual issue with a clogged ear from an ear infection due to it just really being stuck, but they were very friendly and did their best and sent me home with things and steps to take to hopefully eventually get the bit that's blocking my ear properly out. Very pleasant experience overall though! Would recommend them!
