I woke up with horrible ear pain and called the second they opened and was told it would be only an hour wait and it was! They were prompt and the care from my provider was compassionate, clear and speedy. Got back to the rest of my day after only a 30 min urgent care visit. Was not happy that Ruston Indigo called me without identifying who they were asking if I'd like to be seen sooner than promised. I thought it was UP calling me, which is who my appointment was with. When I got to UP, they said I was not on the schedule. The staff at UP was able to figure out what happened. I went home and waited for UP to call me.
