I arrived for my appointment and did a pre-check in The reception host was kind and courteous. I was asked after pre check in to wait in my car for the nurse to call me and bring me inside. I went outside to my car and waited for the nurse to phone. Jennifer called and asked the preliminary questions, which I appreciated, but due to my answers to her questions of my recent covid and illness symptoms it seemed like a waste of time for her as well as the clinics. Jennifer then came out and said “So they did the swab and everything at your recent appointment so are you still wanting to get swabbed or can I just print out the results” I responded ,” well yes I am here and I would l like the swab”. She in my opinion was not happy, which was ok because I still needed to test to be permitted back to work (since I wasn’t given a not as an ok by my doctor) After waiting again for a few minutes (not past five minutes to be exact) Jennifer returned to escort me back to my assigned room. (Which was room 6 to check vitals) Now during this time I am asking Jennifer general questions since I do not do well at the doctors office and want to feel comfortable; and at this point was uncomfortable because she basically had a (why are you even here attitude and you are wasting our time) However I still was given the cold shoulder and unwelcome vibe. She then stated “well I’m not swabbing you today and you will just have to wait for Matthew our provider to speak with you” I responded ok and again waited As Jennifer left and was passing info to the doctor , I heard her say “no I didn’t swab her because she just had a test and lied” Honestly at this point I was ready to leave but again felt uncomfortable and over the vibe, but was staying calm since my BP was already spiked, and did not want to be sent to ER. It wasn’t until the your PA-C Matthew Flemming came in with understanding and a listening ear. He made me feel welcomed and like I wasn’t just wasting his time. Overall my rating is for that reason Perception and vibe of your establishment starts with your front line, and carries on to leadership. And all must be together. We all get tired and we all may seem the same person over and over again, however each guest concern is different and should be valued. And today I did not feel that way until Andrew came in to ask questions showed he cared and didn’t make me feel like I was just another person wasting anyone’s time. Please use this as a tool to remember that although things get tiring and you may hear the same story, we are all conquering this virus the best way we can and coming to the doctor for some all seeming ok is their last resort, when I didn’t want to be there in the first place. People still matter and if you don’t believe that please don’t promote those working the front lines still making people matter. Thank you for your time and have a safe holiday

Everyone was super nice and put me at ease. I was scared and talkative while there, but they understood and treated me with a smile. I will return there if I ever need medical care again. Highly recommended. A huge thank you to the team there today.
