This is the second time that they misdiagnosis our family. My husband took my daughter here because he didn't know where else to take her as I was unavailable(having surgery). They had an x-ray done of her finger as it was cut and bent and she couldn't straighten it. They didn't give her any instructions as to what to do, no antibiotics, and it was swelling. The next day I took her to her regular doctor and she put her on antibiotics as her finger was swelling and she thoguht maybe it would get an infection. We watched it over the weekend and I ended up taking her to our orthopedic and they took an x-ray and she had a ripped tendon so that is why she couldn't straighten her finger. Needless to say, she had to have surgery. I don't think I should have to pay a bill when they don't know what they are doing.

Mustang Urgent Care treated me like I was family. The staff was great and Garrett was very professional, efficient and caring. His examination was very thorough and his diagnosis was spot on. I quickly recovered from my illness which was important because family were coming for the holidays. I highly recommend the facility and staff.

Me going to an Urgent Care? Pretty safe to say that I've been in excruciating pain for a minimum 48 hrs (True story! Only mauled by a dog that time) to about 2 weeks. Now just because I've broken about every bone in my body (some repeats), had 25 surgeries in 3 different states, all different healthcare systems from Cardinal Glennon Childrens, the SSM, Barnes Jewish, Mercy, and many more does NOT make me an expert on Healthcare. I did however, go to nursing school and have been BLESSED with Brains because I've met a few Dr Dummy's and swore (sometimes very loud) I had to be a hidden camera show, or ask how many cracker jacks boxes were eaten before winning a medical license as a prize at the bottom of one?? I've had interactions with 2 or 3 different Dr.s ( 2 repeats) at the Mustang location and have always walked out the door a little better than when I crawled in! I only had to wait once! My husband went into Marco's Pizza to order a pizza as I went inside. I had to wait for that pizza to cook when I was finished. No, didn't get rushed. It was a follow up and knew I was on route. Relieved that I've never had to be a nurse there, I could just be the patient and focus on feeling better because I was in good hands with people I trust with my life!! Even during the Craziness of COVID when hospitals were closed, I've always walked out better. I thought I booked on on line, but mostly phone. Cheaper packing an overnight bag just to wait in an ER (not that the ER was an option then)! The right balance of professional, caring, intelligence, and humor. Never had to wait. Just moved from out of state, they were able to get my insurance info without me having to do anything besides show my ID. So much I don't recall. Phone and online and no appointment walk in. I went to Nursing School, so I know they take good care of me.

My husband just tested positive for covid but they can’t send him a prescription over because their system is down. Seems like they could write and old school script so he could get the meds he needs. Lady on the phone just said they’d call when ready. Not impressed at all.

I called with a leg injury and explained what happened and asked if they could do anything, they said yes come on in, so I did. The receptionist was very nice, and the lady that took my vitals was as well. Then the doctor came asked what happened, I told him... his response was “well what do you want me to do about it?” Surprised I said well look at it I guess, he said he couldn’t not his area. I asked well why did they say to come in, his response was “ I don’t know but what do you want me to do about it?” Maybe if you have a runny nose this place can help you but definitely not if you need a real doctor.
