Be aware this place if you love your child. Last Tuesday i went there with my son. Because he was having fever , cough and too much mucus in chest. My insuarence did't accept and i paid my pocket money. They called me in to the room 5 minutes later my appointment time. After long time lady came ( don't know doctor or pupil doctor) and check my son. Then she said everything ok lungs clear. I was asking any medication. But she didnt hive me any medication. He was getting fever continue. She said just steam and come back after 2 days if fever still in. So stupid. ( they can make more money with another visit.) 2 days after he still jad fever and he doesnt eat anything. Keep crying. Then i took him to the emergency room. They checked my son and they figure out that my son almost getting Pneumonia . PM care wants just make money. They don't care about kids. They just take money witjout checking and without giving any medication. Front desk girl nice . But worst service by medical staff. There are no actual doctor. Everyday different people. Mostly student doctors and nurses. Not enough experience . Just play with children's lives. Please aware yhis place if you love your kids.

The stars are for the providers who gave us care, although, I’m highly upset with their follow through. I have a 15 month old son who was soo sick, and needed his prescription. They never sent it off, I was on the phone with the pharmacy for days and they never received the order. I spoke to their patient support line, and they said they would escalate the issue, at the highest priority, and call me back, which never happened. Unfortunately we had to go back to urgent care where we brought this concern to their attention, they assured us that they sent it off and they were double checking, they repeated the address of the pharmacy, etc.. and today, another 2 days later the pharmacy has no record of this order. Had to call another location to put through this pharmacy, and now I’m waiting 1 hour and counting to have them contact the pharmacy directly to put this script through.

The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.

Thank you for a great experience. Each person we encountered was so kind and helpful, starting with the front desk, then the nurse, then the physician. And they were great with my 6 year old. They were thorough and clean and the place and care were especially geared towards kids. I actually called back to get names because of their kindness. So thank you Monica, Nathan, LVN, and Dr. Bhatt for bringing your naturally kind selves into your work. My family appreciates each of you!

The wait time is unacceptable. If there is a shortage of ER help it’s taken out on the children that are sick/injured. The hospitals have shorter wait times. These infants/toddlers/kids need proper care on time. Not to be waiting over an hour.

Dr. Epstein and his staff took excellent care of my baby. They went above and beyond to make sure that my child was well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic!

Nathan is NICE and a people’s person. What I’m disappointed is, we waited 2 hours for something we thought would help the child. But instead, No prescription was given. Now the child’s condition is worse. They could’ve given something for him. They did say to get OTC meds for him. But we went to this urgent care so they can give him proper prescription since his condition is getting worse. The OTC meds they mentioned isn’t helping at all. It’s so obvious they just don’t want hassle with medical group because they have to explain it to them why a prescription is given etc. but isn’t part of the job? I appreciate the kindness and friendliness, that part I have no complain, and doctor epstein did good with diagnosing the baby. Just not good enough when it comes to treatment. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I really am angry because how can they let people wait for them for that long and at the end, what you’ve waited for wasn’t satisfying to wait for.

This was an amazing place to take our baby. Wait time given I was a walk-in wasn’t too bad. The staff and doctor was really nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Clean facility as well. Highly recommended!

They don’t honor appointments so be prepared to wait a long time, appointment or not. You aren’t given any sort of status as to how you’re progressing in line.
