Worse customer service and horrible doctors 😞 DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We ve had 2 hour waits, scheduling errors where the dr does not even show up. They've missed sending in prescriptions and taken DAYS to fill much needed prescriptions. Management could not care less - Dr Kiara Deem has no compassion, misdiagnoses & does not listen to her patients. We ve had nothing but bad experiences and frustration. AVOID THIS CLINIC !

FnP Devin Walker puts me on anti anxiety meds and tells me to slowly ramp up the dosage until I find a comfortable point. He says "let me know if you need more thorough the message center" I asked "do I need to come in?" He says " no. Just use the mychart app and I'll send a higher dose over" When my 30 day supply became a 15 day due to my ramp up, I do just what he asks and they tell me to just pay full price at the pharmacy since insurance won't cover an early refill. MyDr.now basically lied to me and then told me to go F myself when I reached out for help. Real cool.

Got second dose of vaccine today and it was a good experience. Nice staff and very short wait.

Couldn’t even get an appointment set up because Devon was so rude when talking to him over the phone.

Yesterday 11/30/2019 I went to the office because I had some questions about references that I did not have the correct information in which Silvia medical assistant kindly clarified me and gave me all the information I needed,she is extraordinary, very kind to the patients, always on the lookout for patients, ensures that the patient feels comfortable at all times and satisfied .. All the staff in this office are excellent ... Dr. Kiara Deem is an excellent doctor, always taking care of her patients, she always goes the extra mile for her patients ... Alejandra always very kind, helps me at all times when I need or have any questions..

This please is a joke . Always a long wait time . The dr won’t give you a simple prescription with having to be seen . This is super inconvenient and they could get an online portal so we don’t have to sit and get sick on the waiting room for a simple call to the pharmacy
