I was pleasantly surprised by the blood draw yesterday. I've had many bad experiences in the past, but the phlebotomist was so skilled and caring that I didn't feel a thing. My arm is pain-free today and no bruises.

Walked in for a skin issue, front desk and medical staff were very friendly. Scheduling was easy breezy, clinic was clean. Walked out with prescription! Would definitely return! thank you :)

Talked with maybe a student first but wasn’t ever mentioned if it was a student. NP came in and it felt like I was being talked out of my symptoms. I have had a UTI before and knew what was going on. Felt uncomfortable when being lectured on how serious symptoms could become and chastised for using Azo but given no alternative recommendations. No time to ask questions, and he handed me papers and said “you’re good” without allowing me to ask questions or clarifying if I was free to go. Front desk was great, everything after not so much.

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, but once I got there I couldn't get in after ringing the bell and even called, probably because it's a holiday today; However, the website doesn't state that hours of operation would be altered today. I Rescheduled somewhere else.

Check in and everything was fine. The Doctor Who for my clogged ear. said he saw nothing as far as wax, but my ear was hairy. I explained to him that this has been going on and off for over 30 years. He did not have the proper. Equipment to flush out or suction out.He used this spray bottle with an attached hose spray water(that I have at home. )He did not put a towel around my neck. So water went down my neck and on my pants. I had to ask for a towel. Which he had to leave the room for. Then he told me he did not have what was needed to suck out what was in my ear. He left the room I sat there waiting. A woman came in. I went into another room with her . She took my vital. She brought me back into the room. I proceeded to wait and wait. Person came in and said oh he’ll be back in a moment. But happened again. Finally decided getting out of here nothing was done told me didn’t have the right equipment so what was I sitting there waiting for? I left with a clogged here and $75 less in my pocket.

The doctor told me nothing looked wrong with me. But, said I had an infection but gave me no medicine he told me to just leave it alone. My eyes for the last 2 days have both been infected I woke up in the morning with pink eye in both eyes. He didn’t help me at all because “I seemed fine”. He wanted me to look messed up in order to get help.

Just took money didn’t care to help. I was just asked questions to figure out my own problem. Wasn’t diagnosed or helped.
