Scheduling was fine, however I was unable to upload the test order for my drug screen. When I arrived I was treated as a walk-in, even though I told admin I had an appointment for 4:00pm. Even though the agency listed this location they claimed they weren’t sure they would pay for it, they couldn’t even tell me what type of drug screen it was. I forwarded the test order to the urgent care email 3 times and still had to wait for an hour to piss in a cup. It’s not enough having to be treated like a criminal for a job then to have facilities like this run so poorly was awful.
