The entire staff is always great. When something isn’t quite right the are very helpful in getting corrections made quickly and accurately.

Needed an EKG for a procedure the following week and NueMedical was able to take me in. Awesome facility, staff and their thoroughness was outstanding.

Not a great experience to say the least. I made an appointment for 1:20. When I showed up, no one was at the front desk and another patient and I had to wait several minutes to check in. At 1:40, I went up to ask how much longer it would be and was told “We have a lot of people waiting and accept walk ins, so we see people in the order they arrive”. Unclear 1) why you offer appointments if you don’t honor them and 2) why your website showed so much availability if there wasn’t any (I booked just before 1p, so there couldn’t have been that many walk ins in the interim)  I finally got called back at 145, 25 minutes after my appointment time  The nurse was very nice, but after taking my vitals I waited over 30 minutes before I again went to the front desk to ask what was going on and was told the nurse was with other patients. Finally saw the RNP an hour after my appointment time. To add insult to injury, when I pulled my shirt up to get the steroid shot she rubbed my stomach and said “You’re pregnant?” - which I am not.  For what should have been a quick appointment (just looking for a steroid shot and already had a time booked), I was at neumed for over an hour - completely ridiculous This was an incredibly frustrating experience, really poor communication, and caused me to miss one meeting and be late to another  - incredibly unprofessional and shows very little respect for your patients.

Uni is wonderful! So caring and knowledgeable. My favorite caregiver. Better than my PCP. NeuMed on Shepherd has done a great job every visit. Been five times or so over the past two years.

Scheduling was seemless and they called me right away to provide relevant information for my concern. They were very upfront and transparent even before I arrived and I found that extremely helpful and very much appreciated. I had just missed the morning rush so the wait time was short. Everyone at the location was pleasant from start to finish. They all made me feel like they cared. Definitely recommended!

I love this place!! All my interactions with the care staff have been awesome.

Woke up with a fever and feeling unwell after excess travels and caregiving for  elderly parent across the country. Scheduling was easy.  Location was convenient with parking available. Only a few minutes wait before being seen. The doctor really listened and ran all the tests. Unlike many medical places these days, I felt like my wellness and peace of mind was a priority for all the staff. I’m grateful for that. I would absolutely recommend this provider and NeuMed location to anyone.

Very glad this place exists so close to me. Easy to get an appointment. Short wait time. Nice providers and staff. I wish the provider had prescribed me the meds I needed the first time I went in because the same exact thing happened to me before years ago, but my symptoms were not quite severe enough at the time of examination. However, I was able to get what I needed in a second visit (recommended in the first appt if I got worse, which I did). So in the end, I was able to get a resolution to my illness.
