What patients are saying...

Nurse practitioner did not ask for any health history nor did she perform an assessment before administering medication.  She didn’t know what medications were in the IV I was receiving, and when I asked her about paying for additional zofran because I was suffering such severe nausea, she referenced a contraindication about potential for cardiac issues (QT interval elongation) that is only applicable to those taking 8 times the amount of medication I was requesting.  The IV bag was prepared away from where I could see it, and the IV bag wasn’t labeled with any of the medications that were added to it.  I question whether or not I even received any of the medications at all besides vitamins as I have had no relief of nausea symptoms.

I paid a lot of money and got no care in return. Doctor seemed afraid to treat me because she was not familiar with my autoimmune disease that had nothing to do with my visit. Wanted to send me to the ER for dehydration which could have been taken care of with an IV in the visit.

Scheduling was so easy.  Scheduled online and immediately drove there. Easy parking.  I checked in and waited a very short period of time before I was seen.  Ashley Sanchez, the PA who saw me was phenomenal. She listened and explained everything to me in a clear, concise manner. I did not feel rushed.  It was such a pleasant experience.  She even called me to tell me one thing about my meds she was prescribing.  Above and beyond care.  A+++ Thank you so much.  I absolutely would recommend them.  Wonderful

Scheduling & checking in were very easy. The clinic was very quiet and not crowded at all, so there was no wait. The front desk receptionist was very nice, as was the PA that checked me in. My issue arises with the doctors that I interacted with. I appreciate their directness but didn't enjoy the condescending tone they employed. When I left I was not responded to after saying thank you, didn't hear a "get well soon" or really anything of any genuine concern from either doctor. I'm not one to dislike being casual and try to approach things like this with as much empathy as possible, but I feel that the bedside manner used here was not professional at all.

Very nice clinic and staff.  However, website says the facility provides PCR tests for COVID.  After paying a $100 copay and going back to exam room for PCR COVID and flu test, was told they only have rapid testing.  Super frustrating for me as rapid tests have not been accurate for me in the past.  Website should not state the facility provides PCR tests.

Went for IV therapy. Nurse missed 4 different veins, pushed an injection outside the vein. I ended up with golf ball of swelling on my right forearm, and 4 days later have swelling and bruising around 2 of the IV sites. Sterile protocol broken constantly throughout.
