I walked in feeling weak and sick. The staff treated me with such kind care. I usually hate going to the doctor but if I ever find myself in need again… I will definitely return here! Thank you.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I went close to closing time so I was in and out.

I have been treated here before. I heard the nurse practitioner huff before he walked in the examination room, which I thought was very rude. I went back for the same reason as before and he prescribed me the same antibiotic as before for the same issue. As a microbiologist, I was surprised that this happened.

Paid $120 for a strep test which I was told came back negative but I was not provided or shown the physical results. I was told minor details about my condition and essentially learned nothing new and was not given any remedy. Would not recommend and will not return.

I had been suffering with an ear infection for a couple of days which caused my face to become swollen. It was easy to schedule an appointment and complete all the paperwork prior to my arrival. When arriving at the facility, I was promptly seen and quickly attended to. Due to the swelling it was hard to see in my ear, so I pressed for additional looks to prove drainage. A prescription was prescribed, but was not given time to ask questions or see any notes showing what kind of infection I had (inner or outer) or if there was blockage causing the water in my ear issue. Checkout was quick and easy, and the prescription was electronically submitted to my pharmacy very quickly.

I’ve had a fever for a few days and was struggling with dehydration. I was able to schedule the same day and waited for all of three minutes. From check in to each staff member to the NP everyone was wonderful. They ran tests and did their due diligence to discover what could be going on with me. Once I ran my tests, I went over and got an IV to assist with the dehydration. I left feeling much better and with peace of mind. I would recommend Neu Med urgent care and IV.

Hi , i Did not attend appointment I’m not sure why it’s saying but it is complete

Had a severe gout attack kick in - usually I can wait and let it go way but this time I had to act on it …. It was bad !  I called the staff quickly attended to me over the phone gave me instructions to fill over the phone I drive over and was quickly seen within minutes !  Dr. Visited with me - we reviewed the issues and she quickly responded with the correct protocol.  Woke the next day with relief and was able to catch my mo ring flight!   Great experience!

Woke up this morning feeling sick as all out doors had to call out of work I made my appointment to get a iv infusion the service was great I will be back !!!!

Came in for a suspected broken toe. They were pretty fast for checking in. They also analyzed my toe to see if we needed x rays, which I wanted to make sure if it was necessary and they were pretty good at taking all the measures and concerns I had. Fast service and very kind people.
