I got a doctor for my need right away, no problem. Dr Cassandra was very knowledgeable and kind. I was satisfied with her care. Would recommend her. The only problem now is getting my prescription from the pharmacy I asked her to send it to. They can't find it. And when I called Solv they put me on hold and then said it was a technical problem to call back.

Scheduled an appointment because I’m trying to find a new provider. When the dr came on, an hour after I was supposed to get service, she had preconceived notions about my call and was trying to tell me different things and seemed like she wanted nothing to really do with me. She wouldn’t let me speak sometimes I was constantly interrupted. She wouldn’t hear what I had to say pretty much at all. All she wanted to do was tell me things I already knew and basically told me that she didn’t want to be a provider for me. I never got to speak about what I really needed to and felt very rushed and uncomfortable. She made me feel like I didn’t matter to her or her company. Will never go back!!

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The wait time was minimal. Kasandra was very helpful, informative, kind and caring. She listened genuinely about my concerns and provided great medical support. I will highly recommend using this provider to anyone.

Did not get my treatment after the doctor did he would send if

I’ve been on the hunt for a new ADHD med management and provider for quite some time now. I’m thrilled to have found this practice! They’re incredibly friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. My first session went off without a hitch. From the onboarding process to getting my medications sent to the pharmacy, everything was a breeze. I’ve worked with many other practices across the country, and this one stands out as the best and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely recommend.

I made an appointment w a copy online that apparently doesn’t exist and after 35 min and several disconnects handed off to someone I have no idea. I was looking for a consultation not refill. Then was invoiced $199 & $99 for a service I didn’t want which didn’t match the # offer I requested. I wouldn't have called to get disconnected wait 40 minutes then connected to a nurse who I don't even know where they practice and ask to send personal info via email.  They knew nothing about me when we connected or had my information provided.

Horrible experience. I waited over an hour to speak to someone and when I did, she spoke for two seconds and then left the conversation. Then they told me I had to Wait for quest to contact me for my leads to be taken, which never happens and I continuously text back to try and figure out how I make the blood work and no one answered me. On top of that they had me pay $99 for talking to them for two seconds, saying, I needed bloodwork taken, and then told me that quest would not contact me until I paid the amount, but obviously that never happened. My advice do not use this verbal doctors appointment.

I just had my first visit with Solvhealth and I seen Dr. Forbes. She was awesome! Very informative, cared, compassionate, listened to all my questions and got straight to the point. I would highly recommend Solvhealth to anyone and everyone!! I plan to stay with Solvhealth and Dr. Forbes for years to come. Keep up the great work and care for your patients!!

Over an hour late to the appointment, “doctor”  was driving while video calling the video was dropping in and out. I did not get any help and was getting yelled me at me the entire time for no reason.  Worst experience

The process was super easy. I even got to move my appointment up to a sooner time!
