Sunday throat was hurting and feeling swollen.  I thought it was just allergies but then Monday woke up with even more swelling went and they did Covid, Flu and strep to rule out and of course strep! Doc came in quick after results and my meds were sent to my pharmacy and they alerted received before I walked out the door.

This was the easiest and most comfortable Urgent care I have ever been to.  The wait was minimal, the scheduling was a breeze and I felt completely satisfied with the information I left with.  Thank you

My family had been sick for almost a week and we were able to schedule an appointment right away and the office was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming and I was in and out with our meds in 1 hr and a half but it was expected having 3 children and myself to have been seen at once. The quality of care from inside the clinic was amazing were able to get some great advice amd meds we all need. We will b going there for our health care needs and I will b telling friends and family where to go when Dr's offices are closed

The front staff was helpful, the assistant taking my vitals was very kind; however, the provider’s bedside manner needs improvement. She seemed rushed and explanations were short. You can tell she wanted to get out of the room as fast as possible even though there weren’t a lot of patients at this time. I would not recommend the provided.

I have been coughing for 3 days and couldn’t wait any longer to care for myself. I decided to go to Urgent Care to be checked out there. Thank you for taking care of me as soon as I walked in the door. I recommend you.

Made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Sunday, I was feeling unwell with symptoms of sinusitis. I was diagnosed with Acute URI. The NP was kind & professional. The whole experience from start to finish was great. I continue to call on this NextCare Urgent Care Terrell Plaza.

Staff was very responsive to my medical needs and good explanations on my symptoms

I had had a sore throat for a couple days. I booked an appointment online for the next day and got seen BEFORE my appointment time! I was diagnosed with strep throat, and was given prescriptions and instructions about how and when I’ll be using them. The infection has cleared up ALREADY, and I saw them YESTERDAY!!! Backstory… the doctor who saw me also saw me when I had a concussion and helped me with the needed next steps. She is super friendly (I forgot her name, sorry). I am so so happy with their treatment! 10/10 would recommend! 🤗💜❗️

Position that I saw was amazing. Quick to the results. Also very knowledgeable. If I always have a last-minute problem, I always go to this facility.
