Appreciated the easy online paperwork option before arriving. The PA was very amiable and competent, asked questions I hadn't considered beforehand. An excellent experience.

Yesterday, I needed to get help for a bad cough for which my primary care provider was not available.  So I called Next Care Urgent Care and got an appointment in less than a half an hour.  As usual, I got the same great care and experience I have always gotten.  The process is efficient and the people are wonderful — friendly, efficient, and effective.  I am really glad to have them available, and I recommend them highly!

Scheduling was easy and fast, check in employee was very nice and helpful. Staff were professional and caring and the Dr was very professional and new what I had very quickly. They called me about my symptoms and it was very awesome thank you to the staff.

Scheduling was very easy and no wait time.  Front desk was nice and friendly, then nurse took me back she was unfriendly and borderline rude.  Bathroom had poop everywhere and she said sorry I’m not the cleaning crew.  The actual PA that I saw seemed rushed and irritated that I asked questions.  Will not be coming back.

I was visiting San Antonio, didn’t know where to go. I selected this NextCare Urgent Care because it had 4.8 stars and good reviews. Let me tell you, this urgent care deserves 10+ stars. I scheduled an early morning appointment. Check-in was easy on my iPhone. The young woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I didn’t wait long. My medication was promptly sent to Walgreens. I felt so much better the next day so I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit. Thank you NextCare Urgent Care for taking care of me! I recommend this urgent care provider!  10+ STARS

Rammed foot into table and needed to see if broke a toe. Had foot x-ray, no fractures and was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff always friendly and have yet to have had  a long wait when I’ve gone. My urgent care of choice.

Things were exactly right! Kind, fast and efficient!  I have been coming here to this location for the last few months because my primary care is usually too busy for same-day appointments and my entire family has never been disappointed by anything within the next care company. Every location we’ve been to from North Carolina to Texas has been phenomenal.

I came down with a sudden illness and needed urgent care.  The check in process was fast and efficient.  The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.  All of staff were professional and friendly.

I tested positive for COVID. The doctor was very helpful with prescription and over the counter medicine that would help me. I felt very prepared for handling symptoms. Highly recommend
