Easy to schedule and get an appointment convenient for me. Quick and thorough visit with the provider.  Check out was a snap and my medications were transmitted with w-script right to the pharmacy.  So impressed. Would highly recommend this location and provider.

Had a very swollen, painful, red hand and was in the middle of a road trip. Walked in and was helped immediately, the staff was extremely helpful and I was seen in a short time. The PA that attended me was very nice and attentive. I definitely would recommend this clinic.

I went to the Unser location and they sent me away with 3rd degree burns on my hand. Went to the San Mateo location paid the copay and went to the back office. Waited for about 45 minutes and the doctor can in and looked at my hand for 30 seconds. He responded with we can't help you, go to the ER. The nurse was kind enough to offer antibiotic cream and bandage with some care instructions. Super disappointed with the service with both locations. Won't be back.

I’m from out of state and was pleasantly surprised they took my insurance. The staff was very friendly, I felt very heard and cared for by the doctor, and was impressed with how quickly I was in and out. Thank you for being so awesome!

Came in as a walk in and was seen in less than 15 minutes, out in 35 minutes. Intake was super easy, front desk staff very nice. My PA was super nice and a great listener. Amazing experience. Very easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this provider for urgent care.

Had a skin infection that wasn't getting better and needed another look. Scheduled same day through the solv app easily. Staff were professional and friendly and took good care of me.

The doctor rushed me and didn’t tell me anything about what he diagnosed me with. The lady at the front desk was very friendly tho

Did a walk in, I had a chest cold and had coughed so hard I had sore ribs, the wait was short, the doctor was friendly and attentive and put in for a prescription that helped, great overall service!

Had a bit of a hiccup with scheduling on line because it kept wanting to give me video call but called the office and they were able to help me. Was seen within 10 minutes or so of check in. Doctor seemed a little skiddish like not real confident but was nice. The young lady that helped was personable, helpful and efficient.

Booked an appointment online for a sore throat. Booking and online paperwork were extremely easy. When I entered at my appointment time, the receptionist was unwelcoming. She didn’t say anything until I was standing directly in front of her. A simple “hi there! Or welcome in!” Can go a long way. The male MA that took my vitals and swabbed my throat was personable, efficient, and professional. The physician who saw me was efficient but extremely socially awkward. He often mumbled so low that I couldn’t understand him. He offered me choices of an antibiotic or doing a throat culture and before I could say anything he said “so I’m hearing you say you’d like the antibiotics, get some rest, etc.” it was very rushed and didn’t allow for me to ask any questions before he walked out the door. I was floored. I awkwardly went back to the front desk to ask for the throat culture. Again, the receptionist didn’t communicate with me. After going back to speak with the physician that I’d like the culture, she sat at her desk and began checking in other patients. I had to ask her what the status of the culture was or if I was going to be able to get it.
