Had to do a walk in for my daughter but they ended up scheduling us later in the day anyways. I don't see why we needed an appointment when we still waited almost 2 hours just to get results that take 5 mins max to run. I've never had an issue, won't be going back took way to long for what it was.

Bleeding emergencies delayed my father being seen--unavoidable but still difficult for elderly pt.provider seemed stressed, jumped to inaccurate conclusions, never introduced himself & refused to speak louder so my father could hear--"im not going to yell bc it will give me a headache".I mentioned to him that we seemed to have difficulty communicating w each other but he didn't respond.maybe he was having a bad day as we all can have, but I will not return.

The lady that checked me out at the front desk was really rude to me I asked her where the place was to get my lungs x-rayed and all she said was look at the paper very rudely

The provider was not very friendly. He didn’t explain anything to me, just mumbled something and told me to wait in the lobby. No interest shown ref my care. Very disappointed.  I felt like I was at the Walmart check-out line instead of at a Dr visit.

Everything was great with my regular doctor there, except the medicine they gave me I am allergic to and the next day, the other doctor was there and did not send me an alternative to help with my sickness. I am not happy with his decision on not to help his patients get better. I definitely give the other doctor an F for patient care and he was very rude for not calling me back after waiting for his call for over an hour. I’m sure to come back again to my regular doctor, but definitely will not see the other doctor, which brushed me off like I was not sick! I have life threatening, underlying health conditions and am very disappointed that you even have doctors there that don’t care about their patients!

I had a sore throat and doctor said I don’t have strep, but kept asking if I was sexually active and insinuating I have syphillys, despite me telling him I’ve been celibate for many years now. He brought it up and gave me a side eye while saying that as if I was lying about my sex life! So I guess it’s just allergies. I will be ruminating on this one for a while! Thanks. Everyone else was nice, although front desk Spanish speaking lady wasn’t very friendly, but she was probably tired.

The Dr. was able to help and diagnose me with a problem I have had that no doctor was able to diagnose me for almost 8 months. I I’m more than impressed with the doctors insight. He seems to care about his patience and is super smart.

My mom needed to be seen so I easy to get an appointment and they were so good to her . Which made me very happy . Thank you thank you 😊
