Woke up with symptoms of food poisoning and dehydration. I was able get an appointment right away and was seen very quickly. They evaluated me and sent me to ER for fluids.

The front desk staff are extremely friendly  The Practitioner that attended to my Son was very thorough and professional  I recommend this place as an urgent care place

The Medical Assistant has zero bedside manner.  She looked and sounded very bothered to be there. Very unfriendly.   Doctor didn’t do enough to even allow a referral.  He looked at my son for 5 seconds and said .. Cancer.  Basal cell.  Did nothing else . Wont go back

Dr Allen does a great job. He's my favorite here. They don't make u wear a mask like some places do still. Fast and reliable

Although as a walk-in we had to wait about an hour, we understand. The visit was quick and efficient. One issue: When I wanted to add a second, simple need, I was told to make another appointment; that they deal with ONE thing at a time. Clearly, this provider is intended for simple medical issues and one should not attempt to use Next Care for full-person, multiple medical needs should be directed to other health care settings. WITH THIS IN MIND, NEXTCARE IS VERY GOOD FOR SIMPLE, SINGLE MEDICAL NEEDS (e.g., a prescription ointment, not the resolution of the medical issue, e.g., dermatitis). That's the best way I can explain how this program seems to operate. With that caveat in mind, the service is quite good.

I had a very bad uncomfortable infection and once I thought I told front desk staff they were completely rude and treated me as if I were contagious or disgusting. The doctor and triage staff were fine. On the way out they were completely rude and didn't even say thanks for coming in or bye have a good day... NOTHING. Then a lady coming in behind us was struggling with the door and they ignored her

I am an RN who came in after hours because there was no PCP. I am aware of what urgent care should be used for and I was having asthma symptoms. He told me to go to a PCP. prescribed an inhaled steroid that was not available and did not send a new rx to pharmacy although pharmacy did contact. Poor bedside manner. Will not go here again.

This appointment was for a child & it was awful & traumatic. Never again.

I would definitely recommend.  It was efficient and friendly.
