I came in at about 5:40 or so. Evelyn, receptionist, greeted me at the front desk, as a new patient she checked me in within 15 mins or less. I was then called back by Angelica, MA, who did my triage, took vitals, then escorted me to a room to wait for the provider. Daniel, PA-C came in a bit later, addressed all my concerns, did a physical and assured me I didn’t have Covid or flu. The staff was delightful, they took great care of me, answered all my questions, and made me feel better. I will definitely come back in the future and refer family members and friends. I loved how fast the visit was and the fact that I was treated with respect.

Appointment scheduling was very easy. From check in to check out the staff were great and easy to work with. Would recommend to others.

It was amazing. Fast got to see a dr right away. Very clean friendly staff. I will use this location from now on.

Walked in at 2:00 pm and was met with a blank face from the girl up front. She asked what we were there for and I told her my daughter smashed her finger in the door, another blank look and asked if she wanted to be seen. Well of course! She said they were full and there were no appointments, then said there was a wait. I looked online and booked the 7:30 appt. Showed up at 7:15 and again told them she smashed her finger in the door. We were taken back for vitals and then proceeded to wait an hour before the doctor came in. She looked and said we would need X-rays, but that they didn’t have any xray techs. I had already paid my copay and asked if I would get that back since I told them what the appt was for. Again, a blank look. She said that they should’ve told me before I came to the back. They did not! She then told me she would give me a referral that I would again have to pay a copay for! She asked me if that was nothing to me if, getting a referral wasn’t good enough. What the heck! Awful awful experience!!! I would never recommend this provider.

Beyond pissed. The front desk person said the only thing I have to pay out of pocket was $40.77. I just got a bill for over $163.00! They will be hearing from me for lying to me!!!!!! I only got a c0vid & strep test only to have the Dr tell me I have allergies and charge almost $600! I will not recommend this location. If they are going to lie to you and overcharge like this, it’s not ok.

No care received. Went in at time of opening for covid test but clinic was short staffed & unable to see me.

Appointment was 3 weeks ago and still don't have a prescription despite 3 callbacks. Reception was fine but provider seemed uninterested, tired and bored.

Your office personnel was horrible I will never go there again
