Once again, NextCare was able to get me in right away! The online scheduling is always smooth and hassle free. The medical staff is always professional and friendly. (But the front desk…I feel there should never be a loud verbal confrontation between staff and patients—just my opinion). Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend NextCare to everyone!

Went in for pain relief from shingles. Waited 2 hrs to be seen after paying $45 co pay only to be told that narcotics are not prescribed from this facility. Leaving me to go to a real Urgent Care to get actual care and help sleeping. Stay away if you need any type of pain relief. I would NEVER recommend this provider.

Front desk and nurses were great. Only thing that I didn’t like was I made an appointment for 9am and didn’t see a doctor till 11am. 2 hours is a long wait but the staff was great and trying there best!

Scheduling was easy, but even with an appointment plan on waiting a least an hour.  Even with only one other person in the waiting room.  I guess it was ann improvement when the last time ) different location) I waited two hours - with an appointment.  Other the experience was fine.

The woman at the front seat was the friendliest and kindest. The person who took vitals and the doctor were monotone and not helpful or friendly at all. Especially dealing with a child I was very disappointed and my son was not helped whatsoever

I scheduled an appointment, arrived early to do my paperwork and I was there a total of 2 hours with about 10 minutes being seen by the NP.

The nurse who took my vitals was very rude and sarcastic when asking for the reason of my visit. She was rude and unprofessional when I told her I was seen by nextcare telehealth prior to coming in and they made the doctor visit for me to come in. She had a sarcastic comment regarding my need to be seen in person. I did not appreciate her bedside manners.   I was experiencing a lot of ear pain and could not hear very well. When I asked for her to accommodate my needs by speaking louder she treated me as though it was annoyance to be tending to my needs at all. Turns out I had an inter/outer ear infection that required a in person visit. The nurse rudeness was totally unnecessary and unprofessional.  The doctor who took care of me, was very kind and gentle. Understood my pain and was very patient with me.  Treated me with respect and kindness.The only reason why I didn’t give a one star review.  It’s really sad how one person can really make an impact on an entire business…lucky for her the Doctor was more caring and empathetic.

Ruddly interrupted fom a girl who i wasn't even talking to whwn checking inn with the receptionist. Wouldn't allow my wife back with me who takes care of my medical stuff . And what is the point of an appointment whwn you arrive 15 min before and then have to wait a whole hour before being seen . Doctors was nice . Two of the three receptionist were nice

7 weeks upper respiratory infection, couldn’t get into my primary care physician for 3 weeks, Dr and staff are very friendly and took good care of me in a prompt and professional manner

I've had numerous infections and know to see a doctor right away for antibiotics. Went got seen right away meds called in easy as pie.
