Walked in, and the young lady up front was wonderful and helpful. I didn’t get her name but she was so friendly and courteous. The whole staff was wonderful, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

Very smooth process; scheduling, check in and wait time. Staff is friendly and care was excellent.

The Nurse practioner was very rude and unprofessional. Had a a bad attitude and startled my 13 year old son that was there to receive care. Will never go to nor recommened anyone to next care urgent care. Already contacted better business bureau and more. Ps. The tech and lady at front desk were super nice. Get rid of that NP.

Not too long of a wait, but I don't feel like the staff listened to me or took me seriously. The staff also obviously isn't communicating between themselves. The doctor made it a point to tell me she doesn't prescribe narcotics. Cool. Thanks. I was just asking if they could do something short term for the pain and that ibuprofen hasn't been doing anything. She then prescribed me more ibuprofen. I so desperately need some sleep that I can't get because of the pain. Also, I did not actually receive a diagnosis. They printed me some random web articles about back pain and sent me on my way. No after visit summary. They didn't even give me any information about the PT referral that the doctor mentioned. I had to call back several times, wait on hold, and physically come back to the location to get a print out. I'm already in pain and stressed out. They have greatly added to it.

Recent pneumonia - new onset of ‘just a cold’ - Covid.  Can’t take Covid drug due to other meds.  Lungs clear today, which is what really matters.  Sent home - five days- will be very careful!   Superb care!  Past and present!  Very grateful!!!

Had swollen glands & sore throat. Made an appointment online and arrived a couple of minutes early.  I only waited a few minutes before I was called in. The check in staff, nurse & doctor (Alice ?) were all great.  The doctor was thorough, professional and personable.  I definitely felt as if she really cared.  My prescription was called in to my pharmacy. The ability to schedule an appointment online is great!  It’s wonderful not to have to wait around with a bunch of other sick people when you don’t feel well.- it also dramatically lessons the possibility of catching something from someone else.  The location of this NextCare is very convenient and is the only urgent care that I go to.  Fast & easy - no stress.

Could not get through on the phone so just came in. Fortunately it was not busy & I got in right after completing paperwork

The provider was no help she was with me maybe 5 minutes just to let me know that she couldn’t help me. She said the ER was better but I was still charged $250.00 for the visit. I won’t be back

2 recent appointments… First one no co-pay… second appointment $65.00 co-pay… Why?

The front desk person and nurse were great, however the doctor was rude and didn’t even examine me. Basically told me I had Covid and left. Never even looked at me. I went to a different urgent care later that day. While I did have Covid, I also had a horrible ear infection and my lungs sounded bad so they gave me a breathing treatment in the office. I really like NextCare and have liked all previous doctors, but this guy was not attentive to what I was telling him.  He should ALWAYS do an examination.
