Needed to get a Covid test due exposure to individuals that had tested positive. No appointments were available so did a walk in. Very efficient check in process. It was approximately 20 minutes from walk in until going into the exam room. Completed Covid test and then overall exam for any other physical conditions.  Check out process was also quick. Would highly recommend.

I have had a cough with pain in my chest and lots of phlegm. I also have headache and lethargy. I was tested for Covid, flu and strep. My granddaughter was diagnosed with flu and I had been with her 2 days before I had symptoms. My care was wonderful. The staff was fantastic.

Everyone from the front staff to nurse and doctor were awesome!  Made me feel super comfortable!

Would definitely recommend. Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. Front desk is nice.

I was able to schedule same day. The receptionist was awesome- efficient and friendly. The triage nurse, same. The NP was thorough in her analysis, listened to my backstory and concerns, answered my questions, and took the course of action I had hoped, which worked. I was feeling better that same evening.

I woke up in the morning short of breath, wheezing and a fever of 103.00. I made an appointment for 3:00pm I arrived 20 minutes early. I wasn’t seen till 3:20pm. Once I was seen I was tested for the flu which was negative. Provider came into the room and basically told me she didn’t have an answer and that she would prescribe me an inhaler. I was out in 15 minutes and paid 130 dollars to be told to drink water and use an inhaler…pretty sure I have RSV would have loved to have clarification on what was happening. The girl at the front desk was really kind and friendly.

I scheduled a visit the night before on the app. It was easy and quick.  Staff was kind and attentive to my needs. The Nurse Practitioner, Ms Becerra, is very competent and figured out an issue with my ankle that several doctors over the last couple years dismissed. She’s amazing! She should be a full fledged doctor.  Thank you!!

I made an appointment for 3:30. When I arrived, I was informed that the provider was running one hour behind. I elected to wait. I was seen by the provider at approximately 4:45 (1.5 hour past my appointment time). The provider assessed me for a grand total of 3-4 minutes. Did not discuss plan of care. Did not ask me any questions about my symptoms. Did not tell me about her findings until I pointedly asked. Only listening to my lungs and looked in my ears, despite the fact that I had multiple other symptoms, which I did report to the medical assistant. I recognize that they were running behind. However, I paid good time and money to be seen and discuss my concerns. I would have been much better served by telehealth with another company.  My blood pressure and heart rate were very high due to my illness and the only person who asked me about this was the medical assistant. The provider did not speak to me about it, simply wrote in my discharge instructions that I should see a PCP.  Also, I’m sure my blood pressure reading was inaccurate because I was instructed to sit in a chair with my feet dangling several inches off the floor when my vitals were taken. I pointed this out to the medical assistant and she did not recheck it with my feet in the proper position (flat on the floor).  The only reason I did not get upset is that all of the staff I interacted with were friendly. Friendliness it’s important, but I’m there for thorough examination and attentive care.

I threw my back out and was in severe pain. I didn’t know I needed an appointment but got help with that right away. Was called into the back at my appointment time and talked to the nurse. Was told doc would be right with me. She came in literally 5 minutes later. Saw her and got meds to help in less then 15 minutes. Was home in less than two hours total. Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Cisneros was superb—patient, thorough, and crystal clear in her explanations. I wish she was my primary care physician!
