Second visit to this urgent care facility.  Returned to due having a positive experience for the first visit.  The online appointment system was easy to use, got a reminder text about the appointment, and check in was a breeze.  Staff were professional, pleasant, and informative.  My provider, Alice, discussed important issues with me and ensured that my questions were answered.  I had not downloaded the app for the first visit, but now that I’ve returned and am likely to return again, I decided to download the app.  The app is consumer friendly.  Would recommend the urgent care center to family and friends.

This is the first time to this facility and I was impressed with the quality of care I received.  From the front desk to seeing the doctor, I felt confident that my health was in good hands.   I would definitely recommend this facility

I had and still have problems with sciatica pain in my left leg that keeps me from sleeping at night. The provider told me at first two shots would help with the pain. After a few minutes she returns and tells me because I am on blood thinners and my blood pressure was elevated she could not give me the shots. She prescribed Gabapentin and sent the prescription to mu pharmacy that was already closed. Then insulated me by telling me " I was too old to treat and I could leave now". I will never return to your emergency care practice after that commit and would never recommend this provider.

The nurse practitioner was absolutely terrible. I came in because I was symptomatic of either flu or Covid and wanted to be tested. I was finally seen by the triage nurse 45 minutes after my appointment time.  After an additional 30 minutes of waiting in the exam room and overhearing the NP have a casual chit-chat with another patient for over 15 minutes in the exam room next to mine, I finally came out to ask if I was ever going to be seen. She said she would be with me shortly.  Once she came in she told me I was negative for flu, covid and strep.  She then asked “what do you want me to do for you?”  I told her “you’re the medical professional — what is your recommendation?”  She said “I can give you antibiotics or steroids and a note for work”.  I told her “why are you offering me drugs if I’m not testing positive for anything?”  She didn’t have a clear answer why she said any of that.   She told me I could get my discharge paperwork on the NextCare app.  Well, the app is experiencing difficulties and won’t let me log in.  For years I used to trust this facility but no longer. I will now go elsewhere.

I found the nurse practitioner extremely rude and “unable” to look at one of my son’s ears because of wax. Any other dr would have got a q tip and cleaned it I’ve never had someone just be so lazy. I find it super ironic that virtual appointments are promoted for the symptoms that my son came in with and yet she seemed to have an attitude and a problem with the fact that I chose to not test my son for Covid or flu, which could also not be done virtual. I hope she has a better day and treats her patients better.

This visit was a second visit, was seen within minutes. I was still having issues with ear and throat problems. I was checked in, seen and given another round of medication , all in a very professional, nice, informative way . I’m glad I could be seen . I don’t know what we would do without this immediate help . Keep your great staff, thanks again

I simply walked into the Nextcare Clinic and was seen an hour and a half later by an unsupervised nurse practitioner who gave me the wrong antibiotic for my urinary tract infection and didn’t listen to my history carefully. The fact that you man clinics like this with practitioners who are not prepared to treat the patients they encounter and have no MD backup to assist them in their diagnoses is very troubling. I will not return to this clinic in the future.
