I had earache in both ears - PA said too much wax to see if infected. I thought she should've cleaned out the wax to check for infection since my ears felt like they were going to explode. Otherwise it was fine.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at an urgent care. They seemed more concerned with getting us out the door because it was closing time even though we had scheduled an appt and been waiting over an hour. They took 3 walk ins before us as well who were not more acute. I later had to call telemed to get proper care at 3am. Will never return and I would highly recommend seeking care elsewhere

I was having pain in my right thigh, so I tried to book an appointment on line for Monday afternoon. There were no appointments open, so I booked one for 8:30 Tuesday morning. I was checked in very quickly and was taken to a room in the back within 5 or 10 minutes of my appointment time, however, my wait time in the back room was at least 45 minutes. My slight irritation at the delay quickly diminished once the doctor entered the room.  She was thorough, very knowledgeable, and had a great bedside manner.  Being a snow bird with no PCP in AZ, she referred me for an ultrasound and called me with the results as soon as she had them. All other staff members were very friendly and efficient.  I would definitely recommend NextCare.

Check in was great. The appt was 30 min late. Only 1 person in waiting room.  I think I may have gotten in sooner if I walked in at another time.

Has to get my dot physical. Everyone was so nice   Will definitely go back there

Was able to be seen within an hour. Staff was friendly. Got the medication I needed

I returned for continuing chest congestion. Staff considerate and the doctor was concerned that I was not improving.

I left my visit without knowing what my diagnosis was.  Nothing was said to me.  I had an Arnp student.  He missed the audible wheezing, said my lungs were clear.  I am a retired registered nurse and administrative manager of  a full primary care clinic with walk in  clinic in my state.  I knew that I just needed something for my cough and did receive it.  But if I did not have the education , so much risk there.  Please work with your students to hit key points of the visit with the patient.  Findings, diagnosis, treatment options and plan verbally and then give them after visit summary with the same info on it.   I have had two previous visits in the past two years , one telehealth and one in person for similar uri issue.  Those were very good.  I will take the visit as a fluke. I would however audit the visits for safety concerns on this student.  Recheck skills ect.

Physician was very kind and had a great bedside manner. Male at the front desk and the MA were not friendly at all. They were very short & cold w their interactions with us, as well as all other patients we saw them interact with. After 28 years of going here, this is the first time we've felt like we were a nuisance just for being there.

One staff person became aware of my coughing while waiting in the exam room and gave me a bottle of water.  That was a very nice thing to do!   ❤️
