The practitioner and Kris were great I would rather see them than the ones I have been seeing and would return

Scheduled online - got in on the scheduled time.  Check-in was fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great care. Would recommend this place to others

Our toddler dropped a brick on his foot teying to throw it over a fence. We called and gave them a 40min heads up, on our arrive they got us into the room and set up helping us super fast even let me fill out paper work as we where seen. Refered us to get an xray and only a few hours after getting one called us with the results! Super careing and kind to our son and us as well as very informative on what to do and how to care for his poor toe fracture.

We left and were told there would be meds called into the pharmacy and they were not. They weren’t even mentioned in the after care paperwork. So we were sent home with a nebulizer but no medicine to use with it so it was totally pointless. This appointment was for my elderly mother who i fear is now not going to get any better because she has no meds to help her. So it was pointless to even go other than to give you money

Took my 6 year old in for an ear ache. Scheduled an appointment and was taken right back. BUT waited over an hour to be seen. Would have been understandable if they were busy. We were the only people.

I called in around 2 pm. First timer here and  visiting from out of state. I got a 6 pm appointment and did the paperwork ahead of time online. Met with Dr right on time. They were friendly prompt and professional. I was in and out within an hour. Absolutely fantastic experience.

I went in as I have had a cough on and off including pneumonia for 7 weeks, he told me this was allergies.. well it’s not know have a bad fever with it all! And to top it off I asked to be swabbed and he didn’t.. I paid 350.00 usd as I’m a Canadian to be seen for 5 min and be brushed away!! I’m not impressed!

After several attempts online, I had to finally call to book an appointment. The website stalled constantly. Waited an hour and 15 minutes (and that was with an appointment) before finally seeing a provider, and he was arrogant and condescending, bordering on rude. Said “my job is just to have conversations.“ That lack of resolution cost us $65, after having been there two days earlier, and paying another $65. I would never recommend this location.
