Everything was perfect except for my prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy.

Visit took way too long about 3 1/2 hours. Care was great and staff friendly.

When I tried to check in, the platform wouldn’t work. I tried to submit my paperwork for at least a half hour. After I told the receptionist, I filled out a paper copy and had my id and insurance scanned. I feel as though that was way more efficient than trying to use the virtual check in - especially because the order of which clients are seen is based upon whose paperwork is first. I was the only one in the waiting room, but since I was having trouble with my paperwork, 2 other patients were before me since they were able to fill their’s out. The care was good, as usual, and the staff were very friendly. The only hiccup was the 3 hour wait time and trying to check in.

I had to wait 1 1/2 hours. Everyone was very nice. PA was very thorough so I will go back if I ever need to.

I had been suffering from back pain for two weeks and had been to the chiropractor six times, with little relief. I decided to visit urgent care. Scheduling online was easy. The staff was terrific (Ray and PA Diane). They took some xrays and diagnosed the problem, and prescribed meds. Two days later, I am feeling better. A very positive experience.

Was seen yesterday for a foot injury. From the time I walked in the door, everyone was so nice and caring. Each person I came in contact with ensured I was ok and comfortable walking. I was provided with a couple different treatment options for my broken big toe and instructions for caring for the scrapes on my foot. Everything was explained well and I truly felt cared for by everyone.

Unprofessional made me make an appointment for no reason I still had to wait over an hour so I just left

Everything was great. The only feedback I have is around some technical logistics. I gave my new pharmacy information in the intake forms and stated my medicinal allergies. However, the initial suggested medication was one I’m allergic to and even though I verbally confirmed my pharmacy, it was sent to the wrong location. The computer systems need to communicate more efficiently.

I was billed a level 4 visit for an appointment where the provider spent 5 minutes with me, ordered an inconclusive lab test, and a medication that did not help my symptoms.

I did not make an appointment. When I arrived the wait time was approximately 90 minutes. However the receptionist/office manager said she would text me when my appointment was near. She did. Great service! I would recommend this facility.
