Walk in- so knew I would have a wait. PA Custer was incredible along with her MA. I also had to call back due to first pharmacy being closed and the front desk person was very helpful.  The online sign in very good!  Thanks for the help

I scheduled an appointment super easy, loved that. The front desk woman was super sweet, loved her. However, I did not love how long I had to wait. I'm not sure if they're short staffed or they scheduled people stupid but I shouldn't have had to wait over 2 hours for an appointment. The room was filthy, and the bedside manner was condescending. I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously, regardless of what I was there for I did not care for that. I wouldn't recommend this urgent care to anybody because nothing is treated as urgent if you have a total of 3 people working.
