None of the staff are wearing masks in this facility for some reason. However, free masks are available in the lobby for patients. Scheduled an appointment but everybody in the waiting room went ahead of me.The intake nurse was friendly and efficient. This is a BSW urgent care. Why am I paying for a doctor but I get service from a MP working with no mask, no medical uniform and minimal bedside manners? Filled all forms online but still stood at the check in window for mote than 5 minutes. This place is below standards.

Woke with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment for the same morning. Had to wait a bit after my appointment time because it was a Sunday morning and there was only one doctor working, however the staff was doing their best, and the waiting room was full, but  once it was my turn I was diagnosed quickly with a prescription called into my pharmacy right away.

I think the process should be first come first served. Waiting nearly two hours to be seen is ridiculous especially if you’re in a lot of pain. For that reason I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I was able to book appointment first thing in AM and was seen 10 minutes after arriving. Dr. Seemed caring and listened to my symptoms, giving his diagnosis and recommendations. I am grateful to have been seen on such short notice.

Very unprofessional. There was very minimal effort or attempt to figure out what exactly was wrong with me. The initial person to take me back didn’t get my full vitals the first time and said, “eh, I bet your vitals are fine”. Then I heard her instructed to come back and actually get the vital results. The primary care person was very quick with her assessment and had very little to say. Overall, I am still very ill and have no idea what is going on with me. All I know is that I tested negative for Covid, influenza A & B. Considering I spent $535 dollars for the visit, this seems like robbery. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking actual professional help.

This was a follow up visit after the initial visit a week ago. I returned to address my concerns about bronchitis and a lingering cough. P.A. Uriel Torres Zuniga was very thorough and prescribed a more suitable prescription to treat my nighttime cough.  I’m very grateful to Nextcare and to Uriel for the diligence and support!

Sprained my back and having a cough made it 100 times worse. The PA, front desk and nurse were very professional and easy to talk to.

Staff was friendly enough however had a 10:15 appt. When I arrived at 10:05 there was only one person in the waiting room. I didn’t get to leave until 11:30. Also the staff member that collected the vitals (Tony) very nice but had a terrible cough. He stated he’d had bronchitis for a month and it wouldn’t go away—surprisingly he wasn’t wearing a mask.

Asst requested to photo copy Ins and ID..! Frustrated it was as I was delayed for over 30 minutes on appointment. Good by…
