Little things here and there but what I found most surprising and most disturbing was that the three front desk staff were coughing, sneezing, wiping their noses. One of them helped me fill out my forms and I asked, " Do you have a cold?" as she coughed and sneezed on my forms. She covered her mouth with her hand as she coughed, laughed and said, "Yeah, all 3 of us are sick." Was nothing learned with covid? I have a weakened immune system. I don't need someone who is sick to hand me a pen, take my license and insurance card with their germ covered hands. Not what I expected at a medical facility.

Dr. Keys was very attentive and listened to my concerns about my health issue. Took X-rays, ordered a lung treatment, prescribed meds. Called me the following day to follow up on the X-rays. VERY pleased with his care!!!

NextCare Avondale is my go to place. The front office staff is amazing. The MA was amazing and the provider was hands down the best. Thanks for the awesome care

This morning had a lot of green mucus. Booked an appointment for that. All staff was great but didn't feel I got the necessary treatment for my condition. Did strep test was neg. And was told lungs clear.Recieved prescription for cough meds. Called back in eve and made a second appointment for the following day because I didn't feel good still that evening. Still spitting up dark green phlegm. My second appointment they ordered chest xray which they had told me on the previous appt. That my lungs were clear. Was told the green phlegm doesn't mean it is bacteria.. Which I have to disagree.. chest xray was clear was sent home. Still sick day 6 will not be going to this office any more. It would saved me time and unnecessary chest xray and money if they just said we don't test your bag of phlegm here to make sure if it is bacteria.

Scheduling was good, but there were people who had appointments later than me and still went before me. I was treating amazingly and the staff really cared. They made sure to explain everything they did and were super nice. :)

Had an amazing visit and experience for my first time coming here! Melanie and Kressa were very helpful walking me through all the steps of checking in.
