As a walk-in patient, the wait time was a bit longer than usual. However, we were informed about the delay and that the doctor was running behind. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor was kind as well. Unfortunately, the X-ray machine was broken, which seems to be a recurring issue. The receptionist mentioned that it hasn't worked for years! I saw the FNP in less than five minutes and was given a referral to get X-rays on Monday. Ultimately, I left without knowing exactly what was wrong with my knee.

We got forgotten by the provider at the room. I was waiting for her to give my kid prescription. The clinic was closed and we were still inside the room. Lucky the nurse was checking room and found out me and my son were still there. That was very unprofessional!! We paid $40 for nothing and my son was still suffering pain. They even didn’t give me a call back next day with their unfinished job! Not recommended!

We were away from home and my daughter woke up very sick from a sinus infection. We made an appointment online, filled out the forms, and arrived early to our appointment. The doors were locked, do we used the QR code on the front door to let them know we were waiting outside. Our appointment time came a went, and the doors remained locked. (We did not see anyone inside.) Numerous other patients arrived for their appointments and for drop-in, and were also stuck waiting outside, but still no response from anyone inside. I called twice, but no answer. Fortunately, we found another Urgent Care about 15 minutes away and received amazing care there. A note on the door would have been helpful if they were closed, as well as an update on their appointment scheduler.

The Doctor did not do a throat culture. She prescribed some pills for my cough, which did not work. I still had a bad cough with congestion for several weeks after the visit. I feel that she did not listen or treat my condition the way she should have. She should have prescribed a 3-day Z-Pak or some Amoxycillin. I will not ever return to this location.

Everyone was really nice. I didn’t have to wait long to get seen and the appointment was pretty extensive. The treatment was clear and concise which I appreciated.

The entire process was so smooth. From my check in to my check out. The front staff was so kind and courteous. Just that healed me. The nurse inside were very caring and took care of me and made sure I was very well taken care off! Thank you to the team. I would definitely recommend this provider!

I came in with some complications and difficulty swallowing. The NP I saw, L Youngs was extremely thorough with blood work and other testing. Both she and the tech were very personable as well. I was uneasy because of some health complications  last year but they were very helpful in ruling some things out and determining next steps.

When I checked in, I said I wanted to have my nose checked to see if it's broken. I paid the fee and waited for the PA. Only then was I told that you all couldn't tell me if my nose is broken and I would have to go to the ER. It was a waste of $165.

Went in cause my ingrown toenail that is extremely infected very very painful when I got there the physician assistant said she doesn’t know how to do that. She doesn’t know anything about that and the tool they usually use for it was left in the sink and got all rusty  so I had to leave with no antibiotics still an extreme pain no help whatsoever. This is where my nurse had told me to go because she was very concerned how infected my toe is. The PA could’ve at least gave me an antibiotics for the affection. She didn’t really even look at my toe. I just don’t understand how you go to a place of urgent care and they tell you they don’t know what to do or how to do it that’s kind of unprofessional.

Staff didn’t seem super confident in their knowledge. The NP answered with a lot of “I don’t know” responses. At first she jumped to an extreme diagnosis of shingles but then said, I don’t know it could be something else. Odd experience, did not feel confident with the NP’s ability based on their lack of concrete and professional communication.
