Well everything seemed to go okay today is a total miserable day the swelling has gotten so bad my entire arm is a mess I was told after I got a x-ray to determine no broken bonesThen get a prescription to get the swelling to go down so I waited long behold I was told just wait it out time will heal it well that's not going to cut it I will never use a facility like this ever again I already call my primary care physician they recommended this place to me cuz they couldn't get me in so here I am in pain it's affecting my work I'm not a very happy camper take it how you like it just saying I'm never using a facility like this ever again the people are nice and all but I went there to get something fixed and I feel like I just spent a lot of money for nothing oh and I'm sure I'll be getting a fantasy bill Bill I don't know anything about in about 3 weeks and now I want more money ,

Everyone was helpful. Dr. Eric was great. Relatively short wait for walk in off the street.  Not a fan of online onboarding but I get that’s the way of the world and I’m old.

I woke up with a sore and swollen throat, and wanted to come in for dx tests and to see if anything could be prescribed to help me feel better. The appointment was easy to schedule, I did not have to wait long and the staff was very thorough and friendly. I left in less than an hour with treatment, and I am feeling better today. I would definitely recommend this urgent care site.

There were no appointments available so we did a walk in right after they opened. We were told our appointment would be at 8:30 am. We were taken back to triage at 9:10 am and saw the provider around 9:45 am. My daughter was positive for strep but when we went to pickup the prescription, the pharmacy had to talk to the provider as the instructions were not clear. This delayed us another 40 minutes at the pharmacy waiting for the provider to provide clear instructions. In total, I spent over 4 hours trying to get my daughter seen and provided medication.

Disappointed in the coverage of care. I’m still in a lot of pain and I cannot afford to go back to the doctor the next day.

The receptionist was very friendly and the online check in made it convenient to fill out the paperwork. I was seen by a nurse practitioner student who was fantastic. She listened to my concerns and suggested two options of treatment. Thanks for a great, fast visit!

At 10:30 pm I felt I needed to see a doctor. I’d been waiting long enough to feel better. I easily made an appointment online for the next morning. The staff at Broomfield Next Care was so wonderful. From my first greeting at the reception desk all the way through to my visit with the doctor.  Everyone was caring and truly made my visit wonderful especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. They even made me laugh. I had a nurse practitioner student and the doctors name was Laura I believe. I would definitely recommend this team!

I was able to schedule an appointment easy enough , but waiting for 45 mins to be taken back & not being seen until after an hour had passed was really bad. What is the point in having an appointment schedule if it is that far behind- especially if you don't let those with appointments know that they are in for a long wait. The worst part is I am now 24 hours + post visit waiting for my script to be filled & the pharmacy has the requested medication, but can't get dosing info to fill the script from this location!! I have called them twice (Next Care) & still have no medicine. In my mind this is malpractice & they should change the name to No Care- because that is what I have received!! I will not return to this location & am not likely to visit another Next Care after this experience. Huge waste of time & money!! Plus, it looks I will have to visit another provider to reconcile this illness.

Check in was easy, the wait time was over 2 hours.

Cut cheek superficially and called for care. Appointment set for later same hour. Was able to complete paperwork on line. Techs in admitting room were kind and wait time was minimal. Eric, the PA, examined my injury and told me his recommendation. He cleaned wound and pulled together with steri-strips. Looks good for skin torn in 2 inch strip. Highly recommend this provider. I was very nervous and he let me talk and joke until I was more comfortable.
