Booked an appointment at the Thornton location and they was closed so I went back online and scheduled with Broomfield and when I showed up for a 12:15 appointment the lady at the front desk told me I wasn’t on the schedule so I showed her on my phone and she said your not on the schedule so she would reschedule me at 1:00 and she was rude and I wasn’t called to the back till after 2:00 o’clock. So was there for almost 3 hours and that was with a scheduled appointment

Loved that I was able to book a same-day appointment online, that was fantastic. My doctor/nurse was awful though. Food stuck to her arm and in her hair while meeting with me, repeatedly said she’s not sure if a Z-pack will help but “let’s try and see,” she printed off a document with treatment options that aren’t available to me since I’m pregnant, and then told me to look it up and see if I can do these treatment options (because I’m pregnant). I waited for an hour to see her (despite booking an appointment) and she spent about 90 seconds with me before offering an option that makes no sense given my symptoms (a Z-pack for sinus infection?— and no tests to see if the infection is viral or bacterial?). Just not what I anticipated from any provider.

Have a problem with my right hand that hurts and needed to be X-Rayed to see what would be the next step in getting it taken care of. Was referred to another place to get the images taken. This all happened yesterday as of yet I haven’t heard anything back about any of it??? Hopefully it does happen soon?

Staff needs help. Hire more people. They are over worked and underpaid. My visit took 2 hrs. My family and I have visited this clinic often and love the staff! The owner needs to hire more people to see patients. Value patient care over profit! We will not be visiting your clinic anymore.  We will go elsewhere.

I've been sick with the flu, and out of work so I needed to go in and get a doctor's note. The lady at the reception counter was just rude and passive aggressive to not just us but everyone else who came in after who seemed to be needing "urgent care" and told them to come back in the morning. After waiting almost an hour in the lobby I get brought back into a pre-checkup room so the nurse can take my blood pressure and such, and was very rude and condescending when I said I came in for a doctor's note and I didn't need a prescription. The actual doctor who helped me out was friendly and nice but I only saw her for like 2 minutes. When she came in and then listened to my lungs with a stethoscope. Then asked what dates I needed for my doctor's note, and then when I got the doctor's note I should've read better before I left as the dates for when I could be back were in the past.

Waited for over an hour after checking in on time and completing paperwork prior to arrival. Visit costed more than double what my insurance copay said it would be and I have no idea why. Waited in a room in severe pain for the doc to tell me to go to the ER without providing any care at all.
