Wait time was too long. Total time I was there = 2.5 hours. Once I was seen, the Doctor was attentive and asked questions to understand the issue I was having. Overall, good care just need to improve timing.

The staff, nurse and Dr were really great, friendly and patient. Helped me confirm what I thought- that I had strep throat. Dr was great, friendly and quick, went over prescriptions, how long to take and other clear instructions. Check in was fast and the staff were friendly. I was out in about an hour. So thankful they were open and able to help, I was feeling awful and my Dr's office had not gotten back to me. Would definitely recommend this urgent care.

nextcare urgent is not my first time yesterday I went there b/c something is stuck to my throat, it’s very urgent b/c it’s start to bleeding .I talk to front desk lady about happened if you guys not able to help me I wanna got to ER, she said I want to talk to PA I then she said they can look at what happen Inside ,the said you have to sign up for membership .otherwise you have to pay $300 and then I sign up for membership and pay $122 dollar. In went inside ,the lady take my vital sign and the PA come and he said I can not see inside so you have to go to ER he didn’t do any thing for me .he just put his hand in his packet go to ER after I pay the money it’s not acting even like professional.without help I left go to other provider I am not recommended any body there. Front lady and other lady they fine .the facility is unattended place. I would like to speak some one about my money at work day.

Didn’t really help figure out anything overall waste of energy and time.

Waited over an hour to be seen, even though I had a scheduled appointment beforehand. However, all staff was incredibly kind. Appointment was very easy to schedule online. Even with the wait time, I would still recommend this facility.

Dr Chan was great! Nurse, forgot her name, was great!

I scheduled my appointment for 510 and didn't get seen until 630. I came in with a fibula and tibia fracture. They took 2 X-rays of which they could only partly see the first one, ( could not get the second image). They equipped me with a boot that will not help because I have to raise the boots weight with fractured bones ( I would like to return the boot for a credit). Overall, I could've skipped Next Care and gotten better service from an orthopedic surgeon.

The staff was very friendly. Scheduling and check-in were a breeze.

We scheduled an appointment however the wait time was much longer after the appointment time.
