Took my son to the emergency room only to be told he didn’t have chicken pox when I took him here first thing the dr told me was it’s clear it’s chickenpox without me even saying it! They made me feel at ease once I knew what it was and how to cure it!

Scheduling and check-in seemed easy until I checked in and marked "I'm here." I then sat there waiting for 40 minutes until the front desk woman called me up to "officially" check me in. Very frustrating. Also after being called back, I waited another 50 minutes before a provider came in to see my son. Overall experience was not great. If online check in is available the wait times should be shorter.

Gilbert was a great physician with great bedside manner. He listened and addressed my issues.

It was fairly easy to book. But still waited 15 .minutes beyond. The Z pack must be working better than the over the counter cough medicines since I am better

I made an appointment for 8:40 and was seen on time. I had two hearing aid domes stuck in my ears the nurse and Doctor spent 45 minutes and removed them. I was very thankful and would highly recommend Next Care.

Check in was quick. Saw doctor right away. Got treated and went home.

I reserved my appointment for 4 pm, I showed up early and called the front desk around 3:45 at which time they completed my registration. Front that point, I waited over two hours to be placed in a room that was very cold.  There I waited another 30 minutes to be seen by the P.A.  It is now 7:15 pm and I have officially left the facility. Shame on you NextCare. The few times I have come here to be seen, they have the same excuse, we only have one provider. Maybe if NEXTCARE actually cared, they’d pay a decent salary, and quite possibly you’ll other providers would want to work there and give the one working sow relief you could use another Medical Assistant along with an additional Provider. There was a very sick infant there who had to wait even long. It was so obvious he had a fever from how red his face.  The PA Johny was professional and friendly.  The Medical Assistant was Professional and curt.  The front desk receptionist was really sweet and had to take numerous calls while checking people in.  The receptionist in the corner hid behind her computer.  The one Medical Assistant would come to the reception area to speak to the receptionist who hid behind her computer all the while speaking Spanish, I am guessing but They were probably gossiping or talking about a patient. Regardless, it was rude.  I worked in a much larger E.R. for several years and our wait time standard was under two hours and we lived up to that standard.  Your company should give it a try.
