Everything went smoothly but I do feel a little icky about the cost. They said my co pay was $275. I usually never pay co pays and when I do, it’s never that much. I feel like I could have gone somewhere else for much cheaper. Website said the average cost of an appointment was $250 out of pocket. So that’s sad I paid more with good insurance. Probably won’t return as I know other local spots that are less expensive.

Took a spill at the airport the night before breaking my fibula. It was easy to schedule an appointment- had me examined within 15 of appointment time. Staff were sympathetic to my plight and provided us info for orthopedic, urgent care.

Needed a wrist with small fracture checked. Was pleasantly surprised the location had xray capability. Was seen quickly, and got xray and reading completed. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable .

I had an appointment, but they were backed up an hour and a half. That’s the only negative experience with them because if you have an appointment, why can’t that time be honored? I understand walk-ins, but that’s why you make an appointment. The staff was very apologetic for the wait time. They were very friendly and professional, and I feel I had very good care.

Did walk in said running behind, so made appointment at 1, but it was hours after that. Did receive phone call that they were running behind. It was almost 2 hrs after scheduled time before seeing anyone. Staff was friendly and kept apologizing for the delay. Had only one doctor that day.

Front desk lady was super nice and quick! Doctor was very informative and helpful! The lady who took my vitals seem like I was bothering her. Not friendly. Basically an attitude the whole time! Thank god it wasn’t my child in there with her with that manner! If you don’t like the job you’re paid to do then find something else! Not I or my family will return to that office!

Woke up with an allergic reaction. Looked and saw Next Care was open and booked first available appointment. Got there at appointment time and was seen within 5 minutes. Professional, courteous and caring.

My scheduling was flawless. Wonderful! Encountered a friendly staff as well as very professional.  I received my answers!! Thank you!!!
