I could not get into my primary doctor for ear pain until after the weekend so Friday afternoon I was able to book an appointment here within the hour. When I arrived I only waited a few minutes before getting called back. Everyone was kind, professional and quick to take care of me. Ear infection recognized right away and prescription sent to pharmacy. I was in and out fast and really appreciate that. I would recommend it here. Never had a bad experience here.

There were no available appointments at my Dr’s office until next week, so scheduling an appointment at NextCare was easy, along with the check-in process. The staff were extremely nice and very caring. Feeling better already…😉

I was able to schedule my mother and be seen within 30 minutes of appointment.  There was less than a 10 minute wait once we were checked in.  She was seen by doctor, treated, and given follow up instructions all within 30 minutes.  Visit was certainly convenient.

I did my search on reviews and I found this one had good reviews in Cedar Hill I had very bad cough sinusitis bronchitis and two ear infections and was treated Within 30 minutes not even an hour waiting which is great I would go back again if I had to

The front desk agent was extremely kind and offered tons of assistance. I didn’t have insurance at the time of my visit and she made sure to explain all of my available options to me. The nurse was extremely attentive and kind. The doctor was thorough and precise! Will definitely recommended to anyone.

Went in as a walk-in because my appointment wasn’t until 340 and I needed to see a doctor. The wait time was not long, I was called back quickly and saw the doctor. Very satisfied with this clinic. Excellent cleanliness, friendly employees, and a very friendly doctor.

I went to bed coughing, which caused me a scratchy throat and producing green mucus. I felt weak with a slight fever. I recognized the symptoms because I’ve had this sinus infection/asthma complications. I went in on Christmas Day for treatment. I finally saw the nurse practitioner. When her diagnosis was completed she said she would call me in a steroid. I asked her about an antibiotic for the infection. She said, “oh, yes. I will call in a Z pack(antibiotic) as well”. When I received my meds I had a Z pack and some pills for cough. I never mentioned that I needed something for cough. I wasn’t even coughing at the time. I’ve had this condition several times before. I know what is prescribed for me and what works. Steroids and antibiotics. The steroids were the crucial part of my recovery. I have been calling the Care Center and they said the NP was a temp and they couldn’t get in touch with her. No one else at the Care Center could prescribe me the steroids because they didn’t see me. My Primary Care doctor is on vacation and I can’t get the steroid!!  I am so frustrated!!

Wait time was good and I saw my favorite doctor. Dr.Bean she always pleasant and attentive.

I walked into Urgent Care on Sunday about 4:00p.m. with a sore throat & ear ache. Was not able to be seen but receptionist quickly scheduled me for first appt the next day. The wait time was super quick & Alex was very attentive to my concerns. Dr Bean greeted me with a smile, checked me out and assessed my condition. Within minutes, I received my prescriptions & was on my way. Service was very friendly, efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend Urgent Care to my family & friends.
