I felt  like the male nurse was rushing, not very considerate with my explanation of why I was there!!! Used to be better service before changes

Had a rash from an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. Call NextCare and was told to come in. Got there, filled out paperwork and was seen and treated within an hour. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff.. would highly recommend the staff and provider

Scheduling was very easy and fast. But when I went in, they told me they didn't have a XRAY tech in that day. So I would have to go another location and then the doctor would call me back that same day to get results. I went to the other location (where the lady at reception was on her phone not acnowlegding me at all after several minutes); took the x-rays, and went home, that was 3 days ago and no one has yet reached back. I've called the clinic several times and they keep saying the same thing, but no one calls. What is the point of going to a urgent care if there's no sense of urgency to help patients?

Waited an hour past my appointment time to find out they did not have a way to take an x-ray. It was very clear in my appointment notes and when I checked in that I was there for a foot injury. It would’ve been nice to have been told this when I checked in. So I had to go to another location and wait so unnecessary and annoying.

I've never experienced a medical professional with a complete lack of bedside manners. He gave me grief because I asked where he was swabbing. Also, this place is a construction zone. I do business with BS&W and they would be embarrassed at the state of this facility.

Doctor and nurse were very attentive to details and asked me more questions than I normally get, which is a good thing. They were very clear on instructions for the various types of medications prescribed. My phone doesn’t let me answer the question of “Would you recommend this provider?”, but I definitely would!

Have a severe infection from sinus and was able to schedule an appointment quickly and without any issues. The staff was friendly and helpful and compassionate. From arrival to departure everything was done smoothly

The nurse did not wear gloves she wiped the the temperature thing on her jacket to clean it she was half asleep they have my daughter sitting in a chair not on the table the whole place is just dirty other patients were coughing and sick the nurse did not put any gloves on she didn't clean the room she didn't do anything thank God we only School physical for sports hopefully I'll never have to go back or they will do better it's too many germs and diseases going around for the nurse not to be taken precautions, I mentioned it to the nurse practitioner he said he would talk to the medical assistant he said I think she cleans it I said no she did not cleaned it I watched her I'm in a medical field myself she wiped the temperature thing on her jacket before she put it across my daughter forehead and she did it twice because the temperature thing was dirty it would not take her temperature I told her please don't do that again that's nasty
