I made my appointment the day before for 10 and got right in on time. The staff was thorough and the Dr came right in and talked about how i felt and different meds. I was very satisfied and my prescription was ready at the pharmacy 45 mins later. Very pleased.

I loved how easy it was to use the app! It’s fast and simple! It had my information from the previous visit which is why it was quick and easy. I love the office staff very friendly! PA Physician Austin was so attentive and was listening to my issues I was dealing with. Thank you NextCare for my health issues!

Been running a temperature and exposed to the flu. A quick flu test and which was negative-thank you, Lord. Scheduling and paperwork online were great and they took my insurance. Only 2 miles from my home.  Staff very respectful and thorough.

Front desk was so welcoming and kind. They got me back right away. Tabitha and Rene were awesome. Wichaya was very attentive and made sure to go over everything to get to the problem. I would most definitely recommend this urgent care.

The person who took my vitals (R) was super nice and professional. Great care from Austin and assistant. I started feeling better the next day. Draining more today but I feel like I can manage my life without a lot of pain and discomfort. The medicine is degonitely helping. Your check-in personnel was kind, patient and helpful. Mine was a last minute visit so it took some extra time to register, but the staff was helpful all the way. Even though I was drop in, I didn’t experience a horrible wait time. All the staff was helpful and kind. The only slight difficulty was signing in through the app. Some confusion there, but again the staff was patient and helpful. I’m pleased.

It was a considerable wait, but honestly, the entire staff-front desk (Maggie), technician/medical assistant (Phoebe), and provider (Austin) were incredibly kind, inviting, professional, and helpful. I would return despite the wait.

I was so sick and needed a chest xray to see if I had pneumonia. The front desk was so kind and the lady who took me back and did the xray was very compassionate and helpful. Austin, the PA, was professional and got the answers I needed quickly. I have never been to an urgent care place before and I was very impressed with the level of care I received. I would recommend them.

I booked this appointment through the BSWHealth app and was so happy to see another BSW urgent care. As someone with a masters with a concentration in health policy and clinical practice, I love the care I receive from BSW and expect the same even as a partnership with NextCare. Sadly, I didn’t receive exceptional care from BSW today. I felt belittled, overlooked, and unheard. Being a patient, I should never leave emotional drained after advocating for myself and having nothing done by the provider. It is not hard to see, listen, and actually care about your pts. It was so disheartening. I am a healthcare provider, so seeing providers treat patients with no respect is disheartening. I will never go back to this urgent care again and hope more training is done for these providers. Do better. Listen. Care.
