Super concerned I broke/fractured my ankle bc it looked so fat and ugly. Got me in, completed an xray, reviewed results and sent me on my way. No breaks or fractures, the pcp provided great f/u and things to monitor. Very happy!

Quality of care: 2 stars because: This was the second time we got the same provider now. Both times the recommendation was to go to the emergency room in the hospital. No differential diagnostics were given nor explained to us. Both times we went back to our primary care registered nurse practitioner and were able to be diagnosed and were able to be provided with the care we needed without going to the hospital.  Ease of scheduling: 2 stars because after 10 p.m., we were not able to schedule online. And in person with barcode scanning, we still can’t check in; we ended up having a manual check-in by front desk staff.

I came home after a long day at work to my daughter being sick with sore throat, fever, headache, stuffy nose and a cough. I was able to schedule an appointment for her that night when most urgent cares were closed. The Staff was very friendly and thorough with testing for various illnesses. We were finished and on our way to the pharmacy in about an hour.

Got a sport physical, doctor and nurse were nice. Secretary was quick ad nd helpful.

upper respiratory infection progressing. Used the web appt request and check in. saw me within an hour. saw tech and provider with8in 20min of arrival. insurance and script taken care of hassle free.

I will never go back to this medical center it was the worst experience I have ever had. I had to actually ask the doctor if I was inconveniencing her by me being here. I have valley fever and was experiencing severe flu like symptoms which is also symptoms of valley fever and she flat told me it’s not worth getting tested for the flu since it already have valley fever.. when I told my pulmonologist about this he was pissed. The front desk people were also very unprofessional and I will not recommend this place to anyone

I've had a cough forever and I felt like I was cycling around again to feeling sick with body aches and headache. She listened to me, was very pleasant, and easy to talk to. She prescribed me some medications and today, I'm already starting to feel better. Thank you!
