It was great, the person I had was great and she was quick to help I will need the work note though for the week but other than that, it was good

I told her how I felt and she told me to go to the ER. Wouldn’t even let me go into a clinic to be seen. Went elsewhere to be treated and put on. Steroid. 1 day later I’m on the upside. $65 of a waste of time. I’m going to management to get my money bag or to the news to let people know they won’t be treated. Last time I use your services.

I don't know but Walgreens never got my inhaler prescription and I need my inhaler

I had a virtual visit with a nurse practitioner for the Laramie Street their next Care urgent Care. She was very short with me. She said that you guys do not do testing for walking pneumonia and that I need to go to the ER to have that done. I've had walking pneumonia twice not saying I'm an expert. There are less expensive places to get checked for that for one and for two I can't afford to go to the ER and I told her that I have missed work and if she's recommending me that at least go get checked out obviously there's something wrong it may not lead to walking pneumonia so I asked her if I could get a doctor's note I wasn't asking her to say that's what I had she refused and said that I needed to get it from the ER and in our visit her bedside manner was atrocious she look into finding a different occupation she has a personality of dry toast

I booked my appointment last night for 9 am this morning.  Provider was early, and Dr. McCann did a fabulous job of gathering a reasonable H & P as well as listening about my symptoms.  I’m not sure that this call could have been more well executed.  I’ve been in the healthcare business for 40 years (Advisory), and am familiar with TeleHealth.  Next care was recommended to me by someone locally, and that recommendation was spot on!  Thank you.  Since I can’t get the little heart to “light up” below - I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this Provider! Dr. McFann. I misspelled.

The virtual visit was fine and the provider was great, she recommended I go in office to do a flu test, but when I went in office they tried to charge me for a whole new visit when I had already paid for the telehealth visit. I work for an insurance company and knew that my coverage would not cover two office visits in the same day with the same diagnosis, and I couldn’t afford to pay twice. It was disappointing that I couldn’t get my testing included in my telehealth visit, and I also never received my doctors note.

Scheduling was super easy, they had an immediate appt available which was nice. The doctor was super friendly, prompt and kind. The whole visit was quick and easy and she sent the meds over right away. Thank you!

Woke up at 4:00 a.m. with extreme tooth pain and was able to book an appointment and be seen at 8:00 as soon as they opened.

So easy. Debated walkin ugent care or virtual appt. Virtual was the best. 20 min. The doc was very professional and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Care eased my anxiety at the start of the call. I recommrnd this service. I would recommend this doctor. My medical issue is in the process of being resolved.
