I thoroughly researched the types of conditions virtual visits assess and treat. The NP informs me, after I paid $65, that they are unable to treat eczema and or any type of irritation of skin. The info offered on the list of conditions it clearly states they can...I'm now out $65 and received no treatment. When trying to call for a refund or an in person visit, all of the lines were unable to take a call and hung up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VIRTUAL NP for any type of ailments nor for care, she was very curt and short with me when trying to explain the conditions.
