It was an easy scheduling and check in was never a problem. Wait time took long than expected Yet to receive my billing cost Yeah but you need to imprive on some things, the nurse was not accommodating, she never wanted to hear one's opinion.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Medical assistant (person who took me to the room and checked me in). was friendly. Provider evidently had minimal experience as an urgent care provider, was curt and shared information that was incorrect. Have tried to contact NextCare several times without response to emails or phone calls.

Made an appointment online and showed up on time. There was only one other person in the waiting room. Despite this, it took an hour and a half to get the exam done - most of the time I spend in a room waiting... started to wonder if they have forgotten about me. Once the nurse particioner showed up, she was very dismissive, spend a whole 2 minutes examining me, and made me feel like and idiot recommending I take some over the counter allegedly meds. I had been to the Stadium location multiple times with no issues. This will be the one and only time I go to the Nifong location.

The last 2 times I’ve come in, they have refused to give me medicine. I go to a different dr and they do. I feel like my time is always waisted when I come here and I don’t understand why they won’t treat their patients when they’re sick

I have been sick for about a week with sinus issues and felt like I had an ear infection among other things. I scheduled an appointment for 1:15. Was not seen until 2:00. The Dr/NP that saw me did not feel around on anything. She looked in my ears and in my mouth. Told me it may have been COVID and gave me some recommendations for allergy medicine. She and her nurse were both rude and short with me. I will not return and have already been telling everyone I know about my experience. The only person that was friendly was the receptionist.

Robyn Powers told me that I just have a common cold, after I told her my symptoms. Signs and symptoms are consistent with walking pneumonia or acute bronchitis. She did no chest x-ray and only did a COVID test which was negative. I told her that I had these symptoms before and it was acute bronchitis and then the second time walking pneumonia. She indicated that I need to have these signs and symptoms for over 2 weeks to have this diagnosis. I don’t know what best practices she is following but her care is concerning along with her bedside manner. She told me that the color of the sputum doesn’t matter, like what? Now I need to go to MU Urgent Care to get the care that I truly need. I would not recommend this provider, her care is concerning.

Neesh and Travis behaved extremely unprofessionally when I was instructed to go to NextCare.  It clearly says on the website and per policy that they take walk-ins, but they began screaming and complaining that I came in too late.  Neesh read the policy per protocol for urine screens, and she knew exactly what it said… to be prepared to stay if in a case of a shy bladder.   I’d like to encourage Jen to listen to camera recordings of what Neesh and Travis were saying “in front” of me (a patient).  Neesh screamed, “You don’t know what it’s like!”  Only an hour after trying, she also said it will be a “refusal” if I can’t give a sample, despite the fact that policy said THREE hours.  I would have no way of knowing this policy unless they read it in front of me, which they did!  They had no clear reason why they acted that way apart from they wanted to go home, which is not how any business should run.  I do know what it’s like since I work in the healthcare field.   Before I left, Neesh also raised her voice at me and instructed me to sign a sheet that she had filled out.  I hadn’t even read it, and she screamed, “just sign!” as I told her that I wanted to read what I was signing first.  Telling me to sign without having read the paperwork is illegal!  I had to follow her to the door to even ask her to sign the witness signature portion. Very poor behavior when the policy clearly allowed for me to be there for THREE hours and I only stayed an extra ONE.
