Sent me to get x-rays. Did not send right paperwork. Set there for 2 hours before they sent it. Then never got a call back with results. Trying to call in now with no help. Nobody is answering the phone.

The staff need training in health communications. Reception called me “hon.” Nope. Nurse talked about her own health issues. Nope. No lines such as “sorry you’re not feeling well,” “we’ll try and get you feeling better,” “are you feeling better since the shot?” Etc. They basically administered a shot and sent me on my way. Healthcare providers? Huh.

Took way too long. They said results would take 5 minutes after testing and it took 30 minutes

This was worst visit i have ever had there. The staff was great but the nurse practitioner was terrible. She never once examined me instead stayed across room from me snd told me yo take some tylenol and that’s it. I was told to just ho on to ER as if i was there bothering her. I was very up set and crying when i left.

Nurse practitioner did not look at my nose or throat. I was wearing a mask and never asked to take off. She prescribed allergy medicine and over the counter cough syrup. She refused a script for antibiotic said I have a cold when I have had sinus infections for my entire life once a year and I know when I have one. She told me to take allergy medicine which I already do.  I also had to wait an hour when I was second scheduled appointment and before all walk ins. Horrible horrible care here. Would not return or recommend.

Found walk-in clinic online this morning. Got an appointment right away. Was taken back and triaged quickly. However, waited 45 minutes in the room for doctor. I honestly believe doctor didn’t know we were there due to the nurse going on break. Once doctor found us, everything went smoothly. Overall, decent experience for a first time and would return if and when needed.

Brought into a room at appt time but not Seen by provider until 50 mins past scheduled time. I understand it’s an estimate, but there still seemed to be lack of urgency.  Med tech taking vitals and information was defensive.  Asked same questions I was just required to submit via paperwork admission request.  Per my child, the patient, provider seemed to just want to get done with us. Asked my child if she wanted a  certain medication for her cough.  First, you are the provider.  That’s why we came here and paid $50.  Second, do you think a child knows what a particular medication is?  I am disappointed in the clinical care and service we received. I, myself, am a clinician and know all about the value of clinical care and customer service.

Was scheduled for an appt at 10:15. Wasn’t taken to a room until 11 and wasn’t seen for over half an hour after that. Spent about 10 minutes with the doctor or lead nurse practitioner and didn’t get out until noon. Really aggravating. Said they were understaffed.  Waited at least 90 minutes for 10 minutes of intervention .
