The MA and office staff were nice and seemed to know what they were doing. Even though I had an appointment, and Was the last pt, I was not seen for 2 hrs!   The PA was just horrible.  He was condescending, had an absolutely terrible attitude and bed-side manner. He didn’t believe what some of my medical conditions were until I showed him a document that i carry to prove it.  He didn’t appear to know how to remove a few stitches!  I received terrible care & had to wait 1/2 hr for a referral to the ER even tho I was the last pt.    I will never ever return here again nor give it as a reference to others.

Made appt 3 days ahead of time for xray. Called to verify they can do xray. At appt Dr says there's one person ahead of us for xray. Waited over an hour then was told there's no xray tech, so we have to go to the hospital instead. Wasted over 2 hours here for absolutely nothing.

Coming from out of town, I worried that seeing an out of state provider would complicate things, but everything was super easy. We came too late in the day, but we were able to schedule for the next morning. Wait time was fair and the care provider was receptive and considerate. Front desk staff were friendly-enough, only complaint is that they would gossip about patients openly, loud enough to be heard in the waiting room. Overall though, a real life saver during my vacation.

I had a eye infection and was able to  get into urgent care within one hour . A visiting PA from Flagstaff diagnosed and  sent in a prescription . I treated the eye for  four days as prescribed and all is well .  Fast check in and great staff !

Staff attentive, kind, efficient, effective. Really appreciate their service.  The 4 rating on cleanliness is due to the facility being so old and run down.

On line scheduling was easy. Like doing paperwork beforehand. Office staff was friendly and helpful.  Leah, the PA was professional and thorough. Appreciate that! Overall a good experience. I would recommend NextCare.

I made an appointment for 3Pm and it was 4:55p when they finally gave me the injection

The staff was very helpful and accommodating as they went out of their way to help me get checked-in during a time I was experiencing intense pain. The office was busy, but they managed to get to everyone in a timely manner. I was very grateful for the help received and would recommend their caring team to family and friends without hesitation.

Came in on Saturday at 1:30 and there were no appointments left. I had to come back on Sunday. Everyone was very pleasant.  Probably need more held and access to ex ray and ultra sound equipment

Fridays are my primary care doctor's day off, so I needed a back-up place to go since I was having UTI symptoms and didn't want to go for 3 days without treatment because I was in pain. Urgent Care was able to see me even though it was almost closing time. They were very prompt and the whole staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this provider.
