I made my appointment the night before I went in. I had a couple things I wanted to ask the doctor, including part of my ears, hurting all that kind of stuff, but the doctor was out and there was a PA in charge of the whole clinic. He didn’t seem to know very much. He was in such a hurry honest to God I think he must’ve had a stopwatch in front of him because he was in out of that room so quick as like he wasn’t even there. Talk about feeling rushed and, someone not even answering your questions. I know the doctor that works. There is awesome but PA he’s ever there again. I’m leaving.

Check in time was good. The wait time could’ve been better. Staff was helpful. Care was good.i loved the cost of the visit. I was a walk in. Yes I would recommend this provider.

I called the convertie or cottonwood. Next care To get a test done for my son to see if he was exposed to a coli because I was sick with E. Coli for 4 or 5 days in and out of the hospital. It's easily transmitted to other people. So I wanted to see if he was positive or negative. I called them and they told me I could come there and get tested. Can I have him tested? So I drove 26 miles to having tested, and when I got there, they looked at him and said, oh no, he doesn't have it. I can tell by looking at him. I said, well, can't you test him? And he said, there's nothing to test. He doesn't have diarrhea. So I paid them all that money drove all the way there for nothing when it could easily have been tested with his urine. The receptionist staff member, there was very unprofessional and rude.

I would not recommend. Very disappointed in lack of staff professionalism and efficiency. Scheduling and check-in are sufficient.

I have always received great care when I have gone in. I appreciate all of the employees for making my visit as easy and streamlined as possible. I would totally recommend this provider to anyone.

Sinus infection. Heidi was friendly and thorough. Sarah friendly also. Good care, quick, ease of scheduling. Friendly front desk. Would consider going there again, even tho I drive 1 hr for urgent care
