I had injured my pinky and needed it checked. Everyone was so friendly! I can’t get over how amazing everyone was. The kind person at the front desk even offered me her jacket while I waited because it was cold. Honestly never had such a great experience in any healthcare system.  The doctor was kind and answered all my questions. The nurses were attentive and patient. I was a bit overwhelmed and they had such knowledge and expertise that I was immediately reassured. They had everything I needed to get my pinky fixed up and I feel so much better already.  Thank you so very much for everything!!!

Terrible experience will probably never go back and won't recommend to anyone. Pa came in look at swollen area on my daughter's leg and said not sure what it is. When asked if it may be a bug bite she responded it's a swollen red area. Thanks for the obvious. The whole time she acted like she'd rather not be there helping anyone. Once we got the prescription for some antibiotics I noticed they were sent to the wrong pharmacy. I asked a was assured they were sent to the right one. After waiting a Walgreens for 2 hours I was told they never received it and are closed. Now Im just waiting for a bill for services in my opinion I didn't receive. It's no wonder they're the only immediate care open until 8pm and nobody's there. An absolute terrible experience.

We went in for my daughter’s eyes. She has pink eye but it started to swell pretty bad. We were worried abt an infection behind her eyes. But when we went into the room the doctor barely talked to us and just said I’ll give her an antibiotic for the pink eye and barely looked at her. She just handed us paperwork and then left. Didn’t explain what to look out for when it came to the swelling, didn’t say wether or not we should even be worried abt the swelling, didn’t tell us any aftercare, didn’t even ask if we had any questions. As she was walking out my husband stopped her to ask a question and she just said ‘the information is in the packet’ and left. She was kind but wasn’t taking her time to look and explain things to us. We left with an antibiotic which I’m thankful for but I left with the same amount of worry about my daughters swelling than I went in with.

Woke up at 5.30 with a uti so scheduled an appointment at 8.45. Scheduling was easy.i really don't have to much to complain about other than the front desk made a patient that came in coughing put a mask on which I appreciate but then the nurse that took my vitals was coughing with no mask so I was upset about that. I am high risk for getting things as I am on chemo I thankfully put a mask on. That nurse should have put on a mask as the Dr had one on. I have been there several times with no complaints but with covid still around I was upset she didn't wear a mask or she wasn't made too.

I brought my son in and suspected pneumonia. I told them this. When we arrived his O2 was taken and was 93 along with a temperature. I stated he had cracking in his lungs. All of which was ignored and instead you ran flu, and strep. None of his symptoms warranted either test. We were told, “he’ll be fine, just push fluids.” He in fact wasn’t fine. We went to the ER after I wasn’t satisfied with the doctors inattentiveness. He was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia and an ear infection. You failed a 4 year old who was almost hospitalized because his o2 was too low. Absolutely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend yall. Thank GOD for mom gut.

I don't appreciate a doctor being condescending to me about immunizations. I feel like as soon as she walked in she felt like we all had rabies or something. If I want to make decisions about my child's health for whatever reason...it's not the doctor's place to make people feel like they aren't smart enough to make decisions for themselves. We have a family friend we are going to reach out to. My previous children had horrible reactions to all the shots they got and I was never told until recently there are doctor's out there that will work with you on the right schedule for your child and I was waiting for her father to get back. I already don't trust doctor's because they tend to either over treat conditions or don't give any treatment. I could have said it was against my religion but I doubt she would have shut her mouth to understand why people are looking for a better way to vaccinate. There are better ways do do it. This doctor should only get the information needed to diagnose at an urgent care center and maybe ask if I wanted any vaccinations for my child. I would like to do some...but just not all in the same time. This is why I hate going to half the urgent care centers. Let me know when this dr has found greener pastures and maybe I will use this facility in the future. I would not recommend this provider or facility because this provider exists there.
