Check in time was easy, friendly staff and very clean. It is good to have some where to go when can’t get in regular doctor office that is in-network with insurance. I would recommend this place when you need immediate care.

An excellent and actually enjoyable medical visit. I will be checking to see if I can change them to my primary provider. All issues (including ones I will have to wait weeks to see my PCM) were addressed in one visit!

Everything was good. The nurse that did initial questions & blood pressure, etc was GREAT! When I got to room the NP spent maybe 2 minutes with me. Didn’t say much & didn’t ask anything listened to chest & looked at throat & nose. She was very impersonal. Waited for COVID result. When done she came in and talked very fast, shoved papers into my hand & more or less said read them for any questions I may have & then she left. Didn’t ask if I had any actual questions. Will not go back there.

Booked an appointment for me and my daughter this evening scheduled for after work. We were there about an hour and a half. All that was recommended was some over the counter meds. It just felt like waisted time and money. They were all super friendly though.

Staff was mostly friendly.  Main care provider basically ignores anything you try and tell them.  This is the last time myself or a child of mine will go to this clinic unless there is no other options.  When a person with a known history of sinus infections tells you they are dizzy and experiencing sinus pressure and pain.  It could be that they know what they are talking about.  If I could have gotten into my primary doctor giving someone of note to miss work and some cough pills would not have been the treatment plan.  Now I get to suffer longer.  Chairsin waiting room were black and nasty couldn’t find one that even looked clean.

The NP that took care of my son was rude and condescending. I’ll never go back. She needs to learn how to be compassionate or at least learn basic kindergarten manners.

This place would have been awesome if they would have given me what my body needs. I couldn’t get into my primary care doctor. Twice a year I have this sickness and I get a steroid shot and it clears it right up. They would not listen to me and instead ran tests I didn’t ask for and moved me along. Waste of money.
