Dr. Pete was awesome. I appreciate his professionalism and bedside manner.

I really like this urgent care because it’s very convenient for me since I work all day and my daughter was with ear pain and I called her pediatrician but was no appointment available to take her . So I went to this urgent care without any appointment and they take her . And she is feeling better. Thank you.

I arrived without a scheduled appointment.  The receptionist at the front desk was cordial and patient.  Cecilia was so sweet and efficient as she took care of my vitals and nose swabs.  T. Cadeau asked pertinent questions to determine a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.  I was very pleased with my first visit to your clinic and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The place is terrible because I can make appointment easy but they don’t mention on line that there’s a hour wait time then what is the sense of making appointments than the charges OMG for the little things as cold they charge me $ 500/- for the nurse comes in ask me my symptoms and gave me the prescription also they ask me my weight and height rather than check my weight on machine then did two swab for flu and strep throat which I think she barely got my saliva for this little things $ 500.  I will request to the people please don’t go to that place because I’m thinking that they are over charging or you can say looting people for their sickness services.  I will make it sure my family and my friend never ends in this urgent care place I also try to make it sure that other people whom I will able to save no to loose money as I did in that place.  I really have only those $ 500/- last now I don’t even have money to eat until next week I got paid.  Hopefully you understand my situation and how that place is so please don’t go there even if you are on your last breath go to ER that must be the cheapest rather than that urgent care.  Thanks for listening

Lovely ladies up front, they were very helpful and kind even while working 8+ hours. Check in was easy and I was seen almost right away.

I've been to this clinic a few times before. As always, the front desk and medical staff were courteous and professional, with good care and great bedside manner. I only waited maybe 5-10 mins before I was called into the back. The only slight negative was that I waited maybe 40 minutes in the exam room after they took my vitals. Regardless, I will be back the next time I need urgent care for myself or my family.

I made an appointment for 830 and I arrived a little early. I walked in the check-in. Staff didn’t say a word then I realized that there is a QR check-in code that you must fill out to check in fill that information out…. Again nothing it’s now 930 and I was being seen. Once I got past the front staff, the nursing staff and the doctor were very friendly. However, the front desk personnel should probably work with animals.

I do not recommend this urgent care at all! The staff seems indifferent from check-in to check-out. Do yourself a favor and find another location.  Horrible location!

The front desk lady ( receptionist) was so rude with check in. I asked if I was checked in and she replied “well if you checked in on the thing then you are”. My response “ok well I just wanted to double check with you” and sat back down. Then I asked if she knew when I might be taken back…and she said there is someone ahead of you and gestured and said right over there. I was confused because online qr thing said that person was a walk in and I was feeling horrible, so I asked for clarification since the qr thing said I was next. She just said that’s how it works etc but was so rude in her tone! People are not feeling well in the waiting room and a little kindness goes a long ways. There is a way to communicate to patients even if they don’t understand how the system works. She said I got annoyed because I didn’t want to wait (who does) but regardless learn front desk etiquette. Other than her, the staff in the back were kind.

Was everything good, the people was attending very well, Definitely recommend.
