The PA was super nice and was very concerned about my issue. He took me seriously and talked me through everything. And asked me if there was anything else he could do for me! Great bedside manner! The nurse and front office staff were super nice and helped anyway they could.

I tested positive for covid Sunday I took all my meds and was feeling alot better I just pulled up and called inside to be worked in to retake the covid test The Reception is told me to come and scan the QR code So I can sign in I came in and did that And told her I was more comfortable waiting in my car Because it was covid-19 they were fine with that I wasn't out there too long I got a phone call on my phone and I went right in they walked extra friendly as always and I was in and out tested negative and was able to go back to work I rather go to urgent care in Eden NC than to my own doctor office every time I go there youralways so friendly and even when it's a lot of people you're still in and out would definitely recommend👍🏽

I had gotten bit by an insect or spider. Everything was very good, in and out in a reasonable amount of time, staff were kind and helpful.I appreciate coming to this facility, and will come again when I have a small emergency in the future.

Presented with my regular scratchy upper respiratory ailment. Got tested for c-19, & ful A & B; all negative. No script for or recommendation for cough or stuffy sinuses. Poor bedside manner, rushed thru determinations & explanation of post visit to do measures. Not feeling well cared for. Normally treatment is top quality, but not today.

Shoulder pain for days.  Easy in and out.  Nice staff.  Glad I went, feeling better today!

Everyone was so great and friendly from the time I checked in, to the triage nurse, and the provider was amazing!

My visit was awesome! Went in for a flu shot and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Stephanie (nurse) was amazing and the receptionist were both so nice (Amanda & Sondra) I will definitely come back!!

I caught a bad cold. It turned into a sinus infection. I had finished the antibiotic my primary care physician had given me but it was a weekend and I was still feeling terrible. I went to the Urgent Care to make sure it had not turned into pneumonia because I had a terrible cough with it to the point I couldn’t sleep. The doctor came in looking like he’d rather be anywhere else, told me I had allergies, and asked if I needed anything else. I told him I just wanted to be checked to make sure I wasn’t getting pneumonia because I usually do this time of year. He said he listened and I was clear.  At that point I had a coughing fit and he made a rude comment about hearing the cough like I did it on purpose for his benefit.  He then asked me in a rude tone, “What, you want another antibiotic?” He was very rude and insensitive. I said no and I was not having symptoms from allergies and then I left. I went to my doctor the following week. Bronchial pneumonia. I would not go back there if I was dying. Horrible experience.

My daughter had an earache and we opted to go to Nexcare, instead of waiting to get a Dr appointment. They were very nice and it was only a short wait. PA was great. Would definitely recommend going there to someone.
