Granddaughter got up for school with a cough& chest congestion this morning! Made appointment on line for a 8:20 appointment! Was in &out within 20 mins!! Staff was very nice& Dr Jacob was wonderful too!!! Our 3rd time visiting & will continue to go there!!!

I was immediately helped as a walk-in. The front office staff was friendly and kind. The wait time was very short, and I was only there about 20 minutes. The medical staff were knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely go back.

Needed a good place to take my mother to check for a possible fracture over a holiday weekend. NextCare made it easy to schedule, and the kindness and care we received were excellent. Very grateful you all were there and will remember the next time she has an urgent medical need!

Nurse aide was very nice and helpful. Doctor seemed to not care a single bit and essentially rushed me out with some antibiotics when he could had removed/drained the cyst. I was informed he doesn’t like doing that by staff. Felt like it was a waste of time. This is the second time with this doctor and both times were the same. Last time I figured he was having a rough day like we all do but it seems more habitual. Thanks for reading. And most likely doing nothing about it…

I really felt bad and was dealing with Moon’s disease and a panic attack. I was greeted at the door by the front staff who assisted me every step of the way, even getting me signed in the PA who was on duty was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely calming And reassured me every step of the way. The care was absolutely phenomenal and I really felt like I was heard and taken care of.

The PA was super nice and was very concerned about my issue. He took me seriously and talked me through everything. And asked me if there was anything else he could do for me! Great bedside manner! The nurse and front office staff were super nice and helped anyway they could.

I tested positive for covid Sunday I took all my meds and was feeling alot better I just pulled up and called inside to be worked in to retake the covid test The Reception is told me to come and scan the QR code So I can sign in I came in and did that And told her I was more comfortable waiting in my car Because it was covid-19 they were fine with that I wasn't out there too long I got a phone call on my phone and I went right in they walked extra friendly as always and I was in and out tested negative and was able to go back to work I rather go to urgent care in Eden NC than to my own doctor office every time I go there youralways so friendly and even when it's a lot of people you're still in and out would definitely recommend👍🏽
