The lady at the front desk was very friendly.  The gentleman that took care of my visit was awesome. I was there for pre employment drug testing and he was awesome at explaining every step to me, making me feel comfortable. I wish I could remember his name.

3 hours with no definite answer which is fine, but my daughter is getting worse. I have called twice to get the results of the tests that were sent off and I can’t get anyone to call me back. The dr/PA was very thorough though and I did appreciate that.

It was pretty easy to book an appointment online. I arrived and checked in 10min before my appointment time but ended up waiting an hour after my appointment time to finally be seen. In the meantime, people that walked in after me as a “walk-in” were seen before I was. When we were finally taken back, the triage nurse and physician were friendly. However, because they took so long to call me back, the pharmacy was closed and I had to wait until the next day for meds.

Made an online appointment this morning. Appt was 4:20pm. Drove from Hertford, NC to clinic. Got there and was told I was not being seen. Asked if I wanted a Televisit. Well if I wanted that I could of stayed at home. This is horrible scheduling. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this facility.

I scheduled a visit online. After waiting an hour and a half past the scheduled time, I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She told me they do not make appointments, only reserved times. I reminded her that I had reserved a time. She said walk in patients are seen between scheduled times and that would make the wait longer even if I had reserved a time and walk in patients came in after my time. She also stated that I had already been triaged, which was not true. I had not left the waiting room. It appears this office could use some management assistance.

The staff was polite friendly and efficient. Both nurse 👩‍⚕️ and Dr. Had excellent Bedside manner. I am pleased.
