My child was sick so I booked appointment online for 6pm. We had to wait an hour before we were seen! I thought booking appointment would be quicker, but I had to watch everyone that didn’t have appointment go before us.

Made an appointment after the appointment I made the previous day was canceled due to no providers available. Sat and waited over 2 hours and then sat in the room for a maybe 3 minute diagnosis.  I know it is cold and flu season but when people don’t feel well you need to do better.

The wait Time is extremely too long. 3 hours is a long time to Wait .Would really help your ratings if there were more clinics. My husband and I have waited for up to 5 hours to be seen at this location.

I am from Orlando Florida and was having a chest discomfort for the past few days and decided to look for the nearest Urgent Care in google and found NextCare. Seeing mostly 5 stars reviews I decided to go and have my health issue checked and wasn’t disappointed. I highly recommend this provider.

Wait time wasn’t excessively long. Some staff were indifferent, but others were professional. Overall, my expedience was satisfactory.

The only problem I had was when the doctor came in and said my child had some kind of virus and he was negative for COVID and flu. And I asked how long would he have the virus he said 5-7 days and wrote him to go back to school the next day. Then I called his doctor and they was able to see him and PROPERLY diagnose him and he has to stay home from school the rest of the week. He needs to do better when it comes to sick children.

I wasn’t able to get an appointment and had to walk in. Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. They made you feel like family especially when you aren’t feeling well. While it was not my first visit, I will continue to come back when I am in need.

I had to go back To the office to get a written prescription because it didn’t get called into the pharmacy. I waited for 45 minutes and then went back and got it.

Went to Nextcare for a lingering cough but the wait was too long even though the facility was under staffed I felt that they wasn’t really concerned about me as a patient. I even called back with a medical question and they never responded among other disappointing things so I’m actually dissatisfied with my visit with them!!

Had a scheduled appointment for daughter to get physical. Staff was courteous and kind. Wait time was adequate as arrival was prior to provider getting in. Assessment and physical was thorough and provider was awesome. Kind, cheerful and polite.
