Easy to schedule.  The wait I feel was just a little long because I’m impatient.  But same day appointment is awesome!!!  Will definitely be doing it again

Longer wait than expected. Quality of care was a waste.

Long wait, rude nurses, unprofessional. Bedside not peaceful because nurses in the middle having loud inappropriate  conversations. Never seen a doctor. Nurse Practitioner came didn’t even do what I came in for, Barely looked my injury. Whole appointment was rushed. Will not be coming back.

My daughter’s appointment went well. We were seen before the scheduled time. Her physician was thorough, easy to understand and quick. I was especially impressed considering.

Easy to check in but not happy with the outcome. I told her my girlfriend and her family all had the same respiratory infection and symptoms in the past week and had augmentin and it was my turn but she said to just keep taking otc things and fluids and it sounded more viral. Not exactly happy and hoping that it doesn’t get worse.

I recalled that I could do a televisit with NextCare and be seen almost immediately; got an 8am televisit that was ON TIME, DETAILED, PLEASANT & INFORMATIVE. I appreciate the immediate access to this medical care. I do recommend this service to anyone needing medical attention. Thank you 😊

I wish visiting the urgent care was this quickier, easier and friendlier like the virtual care!

First time doing virtual visit and was very happy with the service my son received tonight

Had been dealing with a sore throat, horrible cough, and right airways (bronchitis) and Alex Sherry was amazing! He joined right at 15 minutes prior to the appointment-they ask that you join 15 minutes prior. He was already there waiting on me! He was nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure his plan for treatment was comfortable for me. He was so awesome!
