Practitioners were efficient, pleasant, professional, caring. Some difficulty making appointments on the website due to technical glitches. I had to do it four times before I felt it was done properly filling out the paperwork. Overall, a great experience and grateful to have practitioners available to see you on the same day Without a crowded waiting room. We’ll definitely go back if needed in the future.

Great service. And friendly, professional staff. My primary doctor was not available, so I had to “walk in” without a reserved time.  I was greeted immediately at front desk, and able to get the paperwork and check-in done right away.  I only had a short wait in the waiting room.   RN Amber and FNP Farley treated me quickly and with great care.   Thank you very much.

The check-in person was very rude. Great staff, but I will never return because of her. She tried to charge a co-pay I’ve never been required to pay, and sent me rude, unprofessional text messages when I could not find my card. Someone needs to look into this, it’s a bad look.

Made and appointment beforehand, and it worked out great.. wait time of maybe 15 minutes at most . It was easy doing the online check in with the app as well as doing their online parking pass . All staff were friendly , attentive and caring . Will definitely go back when needed
