Had never been there before. The whole experience was very good. I would definitely use them again.

The provider, Ryan was very attentive. Listened to symptoms and checked ears, nose and throat as well as listened to chest. Prescribed medicine to fight infection.

Our care was absolutely fantastic, our nurse went above and beyond. We are so grateful for our local urgent care

The doctor eased ALL my anxiety about my pain! This doc that say me was amazing!

Had a bad cough for 5 days and since was not improving made an appointment on line at Nextcare which was simple.. thought the wait time was long the care was good so pleased with the experience.  The doctor was professional and the rest of the staff efficient.

I had an appointment at 9:00 AM and was not seen for over an hour. The staff let me know there were 2 emergencies. They were very respectful and gave me water. Then let me lie down while waiting for Alex the PA. I appreciate their care. Today I feel somewhat better.

Front desk employee was curt. She never smiled and was inpatient when asking questions. Told me I was rude, but I was just responding based on how I was being treated. The first person you meet in a healthcare setting should set the tone for the clinic. Provider was great. Thanks

Well, I guess it’s a good thing they relied on my self diagnosis as the PA on duty literally did not lay a finger on me. Went in with what I believed to be a kidney infection. Admittedly, I did have a hard time submitting a urine sample. But eventually was able to produce. The PA on duty however did not do an examination of any sort. Technician did the vitals, but the doctor didn’t do any of the basics, such as listening to heart/lungs or tapping on my back to ascertain if it was actually my kidney hurting. As I said, she didn’t touch me. At all. They texted me asking for a review, I asked for the results of my urinalysis. Was told 5-7 days when 1-3 is industry standard. 30 years ago I knew before I left the office. Sample was given on Saturday morning and it’s Monday afternoon. I’ve been to this branch before and I’m sure the day will come that I’ll be here again. But only out of necessity, not because of their superior care.

Excellent facility. Scheduling on their website is so easy and no wait time. Thank you, Jennifer FNP, for your advice and expertise.

The dr was a good listener and also efficient and friendly. Wait time is a bit slow bit not bad.
