The front office people were great and the NP. the medical assistant was super dismissive. She didn’t seem to care much at all. She had an AirPod in and didn’t seem to really care to listen. Also there was a lot of trash in our room and a syringe top on the floor.

Receptionist was rude and that’s my only complaint but brings down some points of my review

Medical person excellent in demeanor and treatment. Window person good except may need coaching on  average cultural expectations of greeting “style.” Thank you NextCare for being there for me. Yes i would recommend you.

Great care, a very nice doctor who genuinely cares. Staff was great too.

I appreciated Drs thoroughness and listening to my concerns. The check in RN was as very complete  After 3 conversations about my pharmacy, the RX was still sent to the wrong Safeway    I can live with that

Returned for follow up for non-healing eye infection. Scheduled appt for 4 pm, waited for 55 min to be seen. I bought a book to read but the waiting room chairs were so uncomfortable I nearly left and was unable to read. Rec'd referral to opthalmology and rx for antibiotics eye drops which were the appropriate next steps.

This office is great except the wait. We waited 70 minutes and we had an appt but I appreciate the fact that I don’t think they turned anyone away. The doctors have always been wonderful. The office looked clean but there were a lot of people coughing in the waiting room and offices. I was there 70 min and didn’t see anyone wiping anything down. Maybe this is not feasible but if someone could come through with Clorox wipes once an hour that would be stellar.

Care/concern from MA was lacking. Just wamted to get (numbers) vitals and get out. PA was great. Thank You

The nurse that went over the uti results not only went over the results and explained them but gave me suggestions to discuss with my primary Dr to avoid the problem again.  He was very kind, very knowledgeable and I would ask for him again!!

The visit was fine. I had to wait for an hour or more to be seen.  In the meantime I got to listen to front office staff gossip about people.  The front area floor was very dirty. The people up front definitely need to work on customer service skills.  The aid was nice and helpful.  The PA was very nice and efficient.
