I injured my leg while lifting a heavy pot as I was gardening. It's so easy to get an appt here rather than my primary care

Able to schedule night before check in on mobile phone was easy, the staff was very friendly.  However was placed in room and waits about 40 minutes no one came in to check on me I finally asked a staff member when I was going to be seen ?  Afterwards it went very fast and professional.

It’s ridiculous that it’s 2025 and the office isn’t set up for Apple Pay or billing

Waited an incredibly long time to be seen for 30 seconds. Despite indicating a penicillin allergy in my file and with the nurse on check in, doctor recommended a cillin. Two Rx were sent to pharmacy and pharmacy only confirmed receipt of one. I called to ask and clarify and the person who answered was a little rude and just said that I needed to wait. She ultimately asked the doctor to resend but after waiting almost an hour past my appointment time and then getting to the pharmacy right before it closed, I wanted to ensure I was able to start treatment ASAP and recover

Walked out not feeling very confident about the diagnosis. (really wasn’t one) Too fast and doctor did not ask enough questions in my opinion. Could have tested for a few other things to eliminate other possibilities. Told me what I already thought, but did get a prescription.  Doctors assistant was super sweet and doctor was just okay.

The staff was super friendly and took very good care of my daughter. I highly recommend.

2 plus hours for a physical is ridiculous will not be coming back, if I wanted my day wasted I would answer telemarketers

I was able to book an appointment online and didn’t have to wait a lot time for them to take care of me. . The staff was friendly except the doctor . The doctor was so rude and unprofessional . He didn’t help me at all.

I tried this clinic because a friend said they were always quick to get patients in and out. I was moved to a room quickly but then waited two hours for the attending Physician came in. I was late picking my kids up from school. It would have been nice to have an update as to why it was taking so long to be seen. Other than the wait time, the rest of the visit was 5-star.

I had my appointment at 3:40pm and I got there before my appointment but I waited an hour later to get inside. After that I waited for the test results, the doctor came in to check on me 30’ after the nurse got the spicimens, but she gave me the exam very fast and left within 10’
