I waited an hour and 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time to even be seen. Thats ridiculous. I had an APPOINTMENT

Two other prescriptions were sent in under my name. I called the pharmacy and they checked the prescription and there was 4 prescriptions, there was only suppose to be 2. I called nextcare and the PA, called me back a few hours later. She really wasn't clear as to how I got the other prescriptions, prednisone and fluconazole. I asked several times and she seemed to try to avoid my questions. She said when they tried to cancel it, it was too late. So that tells me, that when I called the office, they went back and looked and saw they messed up and tried to fix it.

I was in pain in the early evening on a Friday. I contacted my dermatology clinic and was receiving the runaround. The red tape with the Richmond, Veterans Admin. after hours in getting medications without traveling from Stafford to Richmond was trying. I did a walk-in appointment, saw a physician, and received the required prescription to ease my pain. This took probably less than fifteen minutes. Thank you

The wait time was unbelievably long!  I booked an appointment last night for 8:30 am at White Oak Clinic.  They called at 8 am to tell me they had a staffing issue and had to close that clinic but I could go to South Gateway drive for a 9:00 appt.  I got there at 8:50 am and two hours later I still had not seen the doctor.  Turns out only one doctor to handle patients from two clinics!  This is ridiculous.  I was very sick and I was in the room for over an hour waiting (after being checked in).  It would be good business to send the doctor from the other clinic with all the patients but they sent that doctor home!  Or at least have someone come in to the patients room and explain why it is taking so long. In the end the doctor was very helpful and I got the meds I needed but nobody should have to wait that long.  Crazy

The visit with the Dr was fine. The follow up was terrible. The Rx was supposed to be sent to CVS, which we confirmed twice. We arrived at CVS and the Rx had not been received. We called Nextcare and they resent the Rx. It never showed up at CVS. By then, it was after hours and nothing could be done until morning. The next morning, we could not get through to Nextcare. Phone rang and rang. We called Walmart and found that the Rx had gone there! I finally got through to Nextcare to let them know the system was not working properly. The response was, “Thank you. I’ll let my manager know.” No apology! No acknowledgement of my frustration with the mess up! Nothing! Terrible customer service.

My daughter woke up this morning with a sore throat and congestion that she has had for several days. We were able to book an early morning appointment when we got there. There were a couple people in the waiting room. We waited about 15 minutes before we were seen then waited about another 10 minutes until the positions assistant came in she took her time to check through everything and explain the results. They then sent us home with a note for School. Everything was great.

Very easy to book a visit and check in with Solv. Another great visit. Hedda, Dianne, Kelley, and Jordan are an awesome team!

My 6 yo woke up with pink eye. I brought her in and was able to be seen super fast however once the NP came in the room she asked 2 questions that didn't really seem relevant. Prescribed some medication that has only made her eyes worse and we were out the door in less than 15 mins. Overall the staff was nice and things went quick. Would have been better if we actually got proper care.
