I had an appointment. I got there on time. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour. There was only one other person in the waiting area. They were not at all busy! Was finally called back for vitals and COVID test. Taken into examination room, and waited in there for over half an hour. I was getting tired of all the waiting so I opened the door into the hallway to see what was going on, about that time the PA was in the hallway and asked me if I was looking for someone. I told her yes I was and I was making sure I wasn't forgotten. I didn't feel the exam was very through. She was going to give me an antibiotic. I had already given all my drug allergies to to the person taking my medical history. I made a point of telling the PA that I could only take doxycycline and only the capsules not the pills. I said this twice before she left! I picked up my prescription and went home. When I opened the bag with the prescription, it contained the pills(which I can't take) not the capsules. I called the office five times before anyone answered the phone. I had to explain three times what the problem was before I was told the correct prescription was being sent to Costco and I could go pick it up. But by this time Costco pharmacy was closed so I had to wait till the next day to get my prescription.. my experience that day was so bad that I would never consider coming there again!!!

Made my appointment the same day online. I was seen promptly. Doctor was very informative and tried to help me since I do not have insurance. My prescriptions were sent directly to my pharmacy. Overall, a great experience.

I haven’t been there before and didn’t have an appointment. They told me I would have to wait a bit, but they would get me in. All in all it was a very good experience. I’ll definitely go back!

I walked in and completed paperwork and twelve minutes later I was seeing the doctor. What a blessing it was.

Every from the minute I stepped in the door was excellent. I couldn't get into the scheduler, so I couldn't set up an actual appointment. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to do that. I felt like if I had been able to I would have had a much shorter wait time. The time that I waited was pretty good. I didn't have any issue with that at all. The staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was very quick and thorough in his treatment. There is a minor issue that comes up every time I come to see you. I'm not sure if there is any remedy for it at all. I am a veteran and the VA will not pay for any prescription, even those prescribed to alleviate urgent needs unless the provider writing the prescription is certified by the veterans administration. I have on every case had to pay for my prescriptions when they have been written to provide immediate needs. I feel like since you are allowed by the VA to treat veterans, that there should always be a staff member who has gone through th a required training. If that is not addressed then a veteran who may have little or no money can't fill their prescription. That defeats the purpose of seeking care outside of the VA. If the veteran needs the prescription to be filled in that case, they have to go to a VA emergency room, be reevaluated to receive any pharmaceutical needs.

Reception greeted me with a smile and the medical staff were professional and personable. There wasn’t a long wait time and my diagnosis was thoroughly explained. I received great care and will return if needed.

Went in for a cough that has lasted more than a week but started being painful and disruptive   to work and sleep. The Doctor was nice but didn’t really seem like she knew what it was and prescribed a mixture of things in hopes one would help. Didn’t make me feel confident but I’m feeling better today. I also didn’t like that it took forever for the pharmacy to get the prescription where usually by the time I get back to home( 25 mins away) most places have already put the order in and is ready or close to being ready when I get to the pharmacy. I had to call back twice to NextCare to make sure the all prescriptions we discussed were called in. This is the second time going there I’ve had to do that. It’s slightly annoying! But over I like you can schedule an appointment and the wait time isn’t horrible like other UC places.
