Went in for a sinus and ear infection. Everyone there was courteous and helpful from check in to check out.  The provider and staff were great.

My job book a OSHA respiratory assessment with First Advantage Corporation who sent me an email stating I had 72 hours to schedule an appointment. After many failed attempts to call or book online I decided to go in earl before work. On arrival at the stated address Next Care Milstead rd Woodbridge the receptionist did not know what this was about and had to speak to the doctor who informed me that that service was not available at that location and directed me to Next car Southern Gate Fredericksburg 21 miles away. I insisted they call ahead to see availability. On arrival there the receptionist was not aware of that service and sent me another 8 miles to Next care Planks road here they did the questionnaire assessment which could have been done by email. This took over four hours from leaving my home to returning and over 50miles, more over losing one day of work. In light of this I only write to you to inform you that your systems and processes are not working correctly and the only one at loss is me and my family. I hope you use this to correct and improve that perhaps one day I may return and have a better experience and no one else may go through this unnecessary run around and time loss.  Regards

Great care, never an issue. Ended up having flu A.

Was feeling short of breath and tightness in chest with an unusual elevated heart rate for over 30 minutes.. went to urgent care.  Saw me with little wait time.  The female nurse was courteous and friendly taking my vitals.  The Doctor was explained everything with gentleness and kindness but the male nurse who did the ekg treated me like I was a waste of his time.  Never having an ekg before, I didn’t know what to do.  And he didn’t tell me just barked order at me.  His tone and manner very rude.  He roughly shaved an area of my chest to attached the wires   (He just did so without informing me what he was doing).  Other than that one nurse, I’d say it was a good place to visit

Wonderful visit and care. Wait time was great and all staff were very friendly.

Visited the office for the second time in two weeks and it seemed like my visit was a nuisance to them. The wait time was long and I was given very little care for how I was feeling and how long this had been going on under their care.

Thank you all for your help and friendliness! It is nice to know I have somewhere to go that really makes sure to take care of you! I do recommend this provider and appreciate everyone there very much!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. With only four in the waiting room it took two hours to be triaged and more than hour waiting in the exam room. The nurses and PA were uncaring about the extended wait. When I asked about the wait, was told by the nurse that rarely left his chair that they were either busy or there was a computer problem. I will choose a different provider going forward. I strongly encourage others to do the same.

Woke up with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment the same day they did not tell me, however that despite having an appointment, I was going to be waiting over two hours to be seen. By the time, I realized that they were still running that far behind they were calling me. They really should let people know when they’re running that far behind despite having an appointment they continue to take walk-ins as well.

Woke up with a sore throat dry cough, it progressed into nausea then vomiting I went in waited over 1hour 40 minutes to be seen. The doctor finally walks in does a quick exam. She asked if I had started over the counter medications. I said no she says I should. I insisted I needed something for the nausea she says okay she’d prescribe something as she was walking out. Our conversation lasted 4 minutes exactly. I paid $190.00 to talk to a physician who did absolutely nothing for me. She just ignored my concerns, which is also false advertisement because when you walk in there’s a huge build board that says “We treat cold flu symptoms cough sore throats” yet she prescribed nothing until I begged. She prescribed just nausea medicine come to find out she actually never ordered it or sent it to my cvs. Cvs had not received any orders. I called this urgent care four times and was told she wasn’t there but someone will send it over. It’s been over three days and I’m still coughing and progressively getting worse. Just absolutely useless location would not recommend at all nor will I ever return. With two people in front of me I wasn’t seen for two hours.
