The np put down "Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea" when I am diagnosed with CROHNS COLITIS and MICROSCOPIC COLITIS . INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE. CONFIRMED BY COLONOSCOPY, BIOPSY. Terrible misdiagnosis when your patient clearly explained their conditions. You confused a "syndrome" with an actual autoimmune disease.

Got a quick telemed appointment. The provider quickly diagnosed and provided the necessary help. It was a quick, efficient and productive visit. Will use Urgent Care telemed again when appropriate.
