PAYMENT Many insurances cover a virtual health visit. You will have an opportunity to add your insurance information. Without insurance, the virtual visit cash price is $125. We accept most major insurances and many cover virtual health visits. Self-pay visits are available for a fee of $125. Members of our Advantage program qualify for virtual visits for $39. I have been feeling ill for the last week and it has just been getting worse. I tried making an in person appointment at 3 different walk in clinics today and was faced with wait time that exceeded 1-2 hours. I didn’t feel well enough to wait that long to see someone so I scheduled a virtual appointment and was able to see a provider within an hours of scheduling my virtual appointment. The PA Jennifer that I saw was very friendly. She was attentive to what I was saying and did a great job at going over different medications that were available for my ailment that would not interact with my medications that I already take. She even went far enough to explain to me, what to be on the look out for if I start to regress and not get better so I can seek in person care if anything extra happens or if my health starts to decline more than what it already is. I would recommend Jennifer 100% any time.

I have swelling and pain in my tooth and she was rushing thru without listening to me. Then she lied by telling me that they don't give pain meds. But tells me to pick up pain pills from Rx. I'm on Medicaid and get all approved meds through Medicaid. I have no money for the over the counter cost. No to mention my wife had a gum and loose tooth pain and swelling she received antibiotics and pain meds. Ibuprofen was all I asked for. But she lied straight to my face. I don't want her back to help me again. First time I felt rushed and really didn't matter to her.

Waking up with a 1 year old with nasty pink eye, the doctor was amazing. Super to the point, took a look at his eye quickly so I could let him down to play and the appointment was done within literal MINUTES. So thankful!

I haven't been feeling good and I am almost positive I have a sinus infection I told the lady it's been 5 or 6 days I have dark drainage going down my throat and have thrown up a few times from it I've had this many times usually they give me a-pack and I start feeling better in a few days she told me. She didn't think that was what is was is and I needed to go to the closest nextcare which is 5 mins down the road to have a covid test I agreeded to it. Then was called back by someone else and told we needed to go to a different office 30 mins away for a full check up. I will never call ,goto, or do another virtual visit with nextcare ever again. I will go somewhere else. And no I will not recommend then to anyone.
