Appointment went well. I asked for a strept test because of how sore my throat was. They did not think it was strept ,but they had it done anyways for me without any pushback. Everyone was friendly and listened to my concerns. Although I had an appointment, I did have to wait about 30 minutes before going back to a room. Once i was in the room, there was no wait.

Woke up and was able to book the appointment it was late but it was all available nice and friendly staff

Your front desk attendant has terrible manners. She was gruff and ignored all pleasantries like “good morning” and “thank you”. She talked to me like she thought I was trash.

I went thinking I had the flu. The staff did all the right steps and I ended up having to go to ER but glad I did! I needed to! Ty Dr Odell for diagnosis and getting me the treatment I needed!

My daughter is absolutely terrified of strep tests, and it’s always a major to do when we need to get them done. The nurses were very kind and patient with her, although I know it’s a lot. I’m very appreciative and apologetic!

Made an appointment and was ask to be there 10 mins early. Once we got there we waited 15 minutes to go to room and 30 to 45 minutes for doctor to come in. Nurse could use better beside manners when dealing with a child. My only complaint would be the wait time after you scheduled an appointment.

So so sweet, love the environment and how fast it is , wait isn’t too long! :)

The Staff was wonderful. The Dr was the problem. He walked in. Didn't acknowledge me, didnt introduce himself our nothing just said get on the table. Asked what was wrong and how long I been having the cough I said well it started before Thanksgiving got better and came back around xmas. He said im not concerned about the first time. Listened to my chest and back for 2 seconds and said go wait in the waiting room. No diagnosis or anything. I waited in the waiting room and was given my discharge papers by the Receptionist and told me my meds were sent. Like I said Receptionist and Medical Assistant was lovely.

Been sick for a week before scheduling appointment.   Scheduling was easy, check-in easy, wait short.  My 3rd time there and will use again if needed.

Had 2 sick kiddos and was able to make an appt and be seen, in and out in less than an hour. Amazing staff and doctor! Staff greeted us and even gave the little a sucker! All around a great place for any and all urgent Care needs! Amazing they are opened on a holiday and was seen in a timely manner ❤️
