Friendly staff went right in no problems fast meds to Walgreens

We had a great experience during this visit, easy scheduling, appointments were available next day, checkin was easy, didn’t have to wait long, and everyone was friendly and professional.  My daughter was seen by an MD that was very detail and did an excellent job.

Not sure who the doctor was that filled in. He said numerous times he wasn’t familiar with the office. His care was the worst I have ever had. Because if have been there 4 other times this year, and each time it was great, I won’t post on Google but my lord. I honestly don't think he was a real doctor. I was there to have a wound drained. He didn’t know what the wound was, only to cut it. He cut it wrong in the correct spot. He didn’t pack it correctly (a surgeon had to remove the packing because it was packed poorly and required secondary treatment.) I will put this way, if he is back there if I ever have to go in again, I’m running the other way or asking the nice other staff when the other doctors will be there.

Over all I would not recommend this place to no one at all

I have never been so dismissed and mistreated before. A am a RN not a dumbass like he treated me. My daughter has been running a temp of 102 for 5 days and instead of properly working her up, he had already formed his conclusion of what my daughter had and even asked why we came to that location. Sir, you had appts available on a Sunday in our area! But don’t worry, I will never make the mistake of returning there again or recommend it to anyone!

Only one doctor for the entire office so the wait was a little longer. That was fine. The doctor was so rushed that he did not take the time to listen to my concerns, in fact he just spoke over me and completely ignored me. Time spent with the doctor in total amounted to maybe 60 seconds. Time spent in office amounted to over 2.5 hours. Front desk staff was great. Nurse seemed to be stretched very thin but was friendly enough. I left feeling like I was not heard, and definitely misdiagnosed.

I have never been to this urgent care facility Nextcare, but God knew I needed to meet Dr Scott and his amazing staff. My blood pressure has been up and down since hurricane Helene came through and grounded my hometown where my parents still reside… I didn’t know I needed to cry as hard as I did, and this beautiful Angel nurse or assistant cried with me and held me like a child! I NEEDED THAT AND I NEEDED THEM! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul! There’s still beautiful people in this world and that gives me hope! God bless you all! Walked in 9 minutes before closing. DOT physical was easily done from front desk girls and back office Jenn and dr Odell the service was quick and fast. Highly recommend

I and my son have been patients of Next Care for several years, and typically have no issues and are happy with our care. However, I came on here because not only was my last visit very disappointing, it has set my health/recovery/condition back 10fold. During my visit i attempted to express to the doctor that I believe I had some type of parasite, possible fly related. Not only was I dismissed, I was made to feel ignorant and I was blatantly ignored. I was told that it was not possible that it was fly related nor a parasite. It was an infection from me scratching and that’s it, impetigo. This was my second visit at next care for the same condition almost a month apart.       Since I was ignored and dismissed, I am now a month behind in getting this under control. Which has now resulted in a fully blown parasitic infection in my blood. I am absolutely miserable, my skin is in horrible condition and I am not able to be “normal”, having to hide my arms and legs in mud august. I am running fevers, passing worms in my stool, nose, toast and even a couple in my eye.       The hospital is now trying to identify the parasite at this moment, as I am now sitting in the hospital. I understand that I do not have a medical degree. However, I know my body. Not only that, I tried showing the doctor photos of the parasite I had at the time of the visit. The lady at the front desk ended up taking my phone back to his office to show him for me. I have had to cancel a very very much needed trip to FL due to this, when I could have possibly had this yr was treated and in the rear view mirror by now. But instead, here I am two months after my first visit with NextCare, still feeling horrible and weeks behind in treatment. This running the chance of passing this parasite along to my son and my elderly and medically compromised parents.       This being said, again, normally….outstanding care. But….listen to your patients sometimes. It can go a long way at times. Even just being heard can sometimes help when we are going through an agonizing parasitic infection. We aren’t all stupid. I have been in misery for over two months.
